I flew to Vegas the last two years for Adam but I can fly nonstop from Guadalajara so it isn't terrible. I wasn't going this fall for QAL but broke down a few weeks ago and bought tickets for Dallas - also nonstop and 2 1/2 hour flight. A good friend just returned last night from Houston - avoid it like the plague for the next few years. Her 6 am flight (2 hours) was delayed 2 or three times and she finally got home at 11 p.m. United had pilots but no planes, then had planes but no cabin personnel. Luggage was a disaster and she stood in line (75+) for almost 7 hours to be rescheduled. Evidently Houston is tearing down the two domestic terminals, building others and much more. Not scheduled to be done until 2024. Which of the 2 Houston airports? |
