I noticed that too. I know absolutely nothing about her, couldn't name you one of her songs lol (other than that Padam thing), but yes, she does seem sweet. So in case you don't know Slow and why Kylie asked Adam if he remembers her at all in the video, here it is  www.youtube.com/watch?v=Omrp4QR_RpoOk, the scenery was lush lol, but the voice is truly unremarkable. I think the entire song consisted of 1 melody line, repeated over and over. But I can see why she asked that question  |

I've never heard her voice before either. Her singing voice is a lot higher and thinner that her speaking voice. Gotta say her songs have connected with her audiences for a long time.

I've never heard her voice before either. Her singing voice is a lot higher and thinner that her speaking voice. Gotta say her songs have connected with her audiences for a long time. Yep. She is big in Europe. She sings mostly pop/dance music and disco so a great or impressive voice is not needed to get people on the dance floor in the clubs and to buy her music, if that is your thing. I have always liked what I have seen of her personality. But like Madonna, tho hugely successful, her music does not resonate with me. |

I'm not big on women's voices, at all, but if I do listen to women singers, it's more along the lines of Whitney...big, powerful voices and singers. Lara Fabian is one of my favorites and the only female on my Ipod. In general, I prefer male voices, tenors specifically, like Adam, Mitch Grassi, Mario Frangoulis, etc. I don't get the club music at all, but that's probably because I've never been in a club in my life lol. |
