Queen are still going to this day, of course, fronted for the past decade by Adam Lambert, who fills the sizeable shoes of the late Freddie Mercury.
May, along with drummer Roger Taylor, is still holding Queen together after 50 years. The Queen live show with Adam Lambert remains wildly popular: last year they played 10 nights at the O2 Arena. May says there may yet be a new Queen album with Lambert. “We’ve looked at recording together with Adam. But at the moment, we haven’t stumbled on anything we think is right to put out.”
