Guys - just so you know, Washington DC is usually the last place to play ANYTHING.
They don't add songs until practically the rest of the country has done so. I swear this city exists in a different dimension.
Toby Knapp can't/won't spin BTIKM until most other big cities are already playing.
You want to hope for an early-ish add in the general area? Look towards Baltimore. Anyone north and east of DC can probably hear MIX 106.5. Request from them too. Baltimore's 104.3 is probably one of the best Top 40 stations in the area, BUT IF YOU CAN'T HEAR THEM DON'T REQUEST. For a great station, they have a craptacular signal and are hard to hear much south of the Inner Harbor. I'm sure they know this and would disregard anyone requesting from Washington DC, particularly the city proper or southern suburbs.

why aren't any of the finnish fans explaining the finland radio promo posted a few pages ago? Did I miss something? the djs looked excited and happy and i don't know what they are talking about. Like what did they draw out of the hat? probably not a big deal but it seems better than the rehash on the toby what's his name that seems to draw the love hate reaction.

JMHO: Well he is telling the truth.. It's the Adam push,the same as last album. Radio just doesn't give Adam the same reception as Bruno Katy or others. That doesn't mean that Adam isn't great or won't be out there selling out concerts. It just takes more work to get many radio stations to play him. We fans are Adam's great, not so secret weapon,Toby told the obvious. what is is. Of course you are right but Toby needs to shut his trap if he is gonna post about hoping the spins will increase while NOT PLAYING THE SONG. Srsly, just shit or get off the pot. Isn't he a PD or assistant PD? It's like someone having the power to say, feed the hungry, who sits there munching on a burger all fat and happy and rich and hopes that those good ole hungry poor people will finally get some food somehow. Fuck him. He is using him to whore out for clicks.  |

I just don't feel angry at Knapp. Myself. Just don't. I think he's rooting for fans and for Adam, but I don't think he can single-handedly wave a wand to suddenly make radio embrace Adam Lambert the way radio embraces Bruno or Katy, etc. etc. I don't know enough about radio to know exactly why ANY particular station has/hasn't played BTIKM yet, really, but the truth is radio plays very, very, very few artists but then plays those artists very, very, very frequently.

Well, everyone is making up scenarios, so.... Adam is in a coma. The Light!Adam is his inner self, his happy place. He's boxed in a ittle room, buthe's happy and waiting for something good to happen. He knows he can't get out but he doesn't know why. The oxygen tanks represent the "reality" of his situation that has crossed into his dream state. Dark!Adam is watching him. Dark!Adam knows their predicament and cannot tell Light!Adam that they cannot wake up until they come together-- a meeting and melding of soul and mind... and become whole again. Light!Adam, gazing at the mirror.. suddenly realizes.. he is not alone... Will they join and be whole again? Will Adam wake up? Will Adam's lover kiss him and force Light and Dark to come together in shock and recognition? And will I be able to retain my fucking sanity until we actually see the video? Stay tuned.... I LOVE THIS !!!!!!!! The comething . Makes sense ! And will I be able to retain my fucking sanity until we actually see the video? No , not at all . and I'm with you in the "insane" category . |

What you saw was then the actual lottery, and the winner won flights to Stockholm and tickets for Adam accoustic consert for 2 persons 5th of Feb. I say again: Lucky bastards, those swedes. :D |
