why aren't any of the finnish fans explaining the finland radio promo posted a few pages ago? Did I miss something? the djs looked excited and happy and i don't know what they are talking about. Like what did they draw out of the hat? probably not a big deal but it seems better than the rehash on the toby what's his name that seems to draw the love hate reaction. o well Well for me it's a bit hard to explain all that in english since I'm not too good at writing it  I was waiting for someone else to tell you what it was about. But alright: Voice Radio Station had this competition about one lucky finnish fan getting to attend Adams acoustic gig in Stockholm. There was five names in the hat and they randomly picked one who was then announced to be the winner (that lucky girl was someone called Tiina). Yeah, that was about it! Bobo and others also told pretty well what it was about. |

Well, everyone is making up scenarios, so.... Adam is in a coma. The Light!Adam is his inner self, his happy place. He's boxed in a ittle room, buthe's happy and waiting for something good to happen. He knows he can't get out but he doesn't know why. The oxygen tanks represent the "reality" of his situation that has crossed into his dream state. Dark!Adam is watching him. Dark!Adam knows their predicament and cannot tell Light!Adam that they cannot wake up until they come together-- a meeting and melding of soul and mind... and become whole again. Light!Adam, gazing at the mirror.. suddenly realizes.. he is not alone... Will they join and be whole again? Will Adam wake up? Will Adam's lover kiss him and force Light and Dark to come together in shock and recognition? And will I be able to retain my fucking sanity until we actually see the video? Stay tuned.... I LOVE THIS !!!!!!!! The comething . Makes sense ! And will I be able to retain my fucking sanity until we actually see the video? No , not at all . and I'm with you in the "insane" category . I know, it's very wrong of me to even think of it but hope the video will leak, like happened with WWFM. Though I'm ashamed of my immature behavior.. |

Guys - just so you know, Washington DC is usually the last place to play ANYTHING. They don't add songs until practically the rest of the country has done so. I swear this city exists in a different dimension. Toby Knapp can't/won't spin BTIKM until most other big cities are already playing. You want to hope for an early-ish add in the general area? Look towards Baltimore. Anyone north and east of DC can probably hear MIX 106.5. Request from them too. Baltimore's 104.3 is probably one of the best Top 40 stations in the area, BUT IF YOU CAN'T HEAR THEM DON'T REQUEST. For a great station, they have a craptacular signal and are hard to hear much south of the Inner Harbor. I'm sure they know this and would disregard anyone requesting from Washington DC, particularly the city proper or southern suburbs. This... And if you guys REALLY want to see a bunch of ass wipes 'like' Hot 99.5's FB page. The male listeners who post are complete asses, misogynistic and juvenile. If this is what 99.5 has to deal with, then I'll cut them some slack. Oh, and just to add one more thing... I know I said this on the Numbers Thread, but I'll repeat here: BY ALL THAT IS HOLY DO **NOT** REQUEST BTIKM FROM DC-101!I know that requestadam.com said they played it. I'm suspecting that *IF* BTIKM got played, it was played as a joke. DC 101 is the biggest mainstream rock station in the area. They play Metallica and its ilk. They've added a bit of alt rock since WHFS changed formats, but mainly they just play straight rock. This station is completely incompatible with BTIKM. (Ironically, in an alternate universe they may have played Citizen Vein, mostly for the Prong connection). They will be royally pissed off if Glamberts start requesting. Actually, what's worse, they might find it funny and start sadistically taunting people who try to request. Just don't go there. Please. ETA: And yes, there is a weird mashup program late on Sat night that sometimes mixes rock with non-rock dancy stuff. But that a strange personal DJ show that's entirely separate, and has nothing to do with the usual playlist. |
