Lyndsey Parker @lyndseyparker Hey guys, I have had comments ENTIRELY disabled for the last few Adam Lambert blogs I have written, and going forward commenting will be turned off on any article I write about him, as this seems to be the only solution. A few awful people have ruined it for everybody. I am very sad it has come to this. Thank you all for understanding. I was enjoying reading today's news thread and thinking to just lurking today until I saw this. I wonder after two years these heaters show up again in full force and attacking every Lyndsey's blog. I wonder why?? Do some fans feel betrayed that Lyndsey's flailing over Adam? Lyndsey's always a glambert, guess some people didn't realize that. Or maybe these haters get really mad coz now they've seen Adam all over the media looking more and more G O R G E O U S and his new album full of first class producers and collaborators. They cannot attack his vocal and his live performance, they attack other things such as his cardigan.. LOL.. Jealousy is an ugly evil things. Regarding radio? I'm just hoping that this time around he will get all the support in Europe and UK and off course Australia, Japan and other Asian countries, so the US radio will feel like they're slacking and is forced to follow their counterparts outside the US. these aren't idol related commenters, it's the same kind of trolling homophobic comments that appear on youtubes or anything vaguely lgbt related in mainstream press blogs or on youtubes (cnn, msn, etc.) In a way, it's not 'personal' towards adam at all, but of course it would be nice if there was a lot less hate speech online  IMO the best thing to do if you happen to read comments sections where these show up is to ignore and report for spam or user guideline violations. When people engage it just feeds these trolls IMO. blinders up. |

Yay! Ray of Light is one of my favorite songs. I love that soundcheck so much I had hopes for a concert cover but now i fear it may come w/neg. assoc for Adam, but as great as Madonna is she has never done this song justice live - just doesn't have the vocal power. ah well...
