Is anyone else a fan of "Once Upon A Time"? In one episode, The Heart is a Lonely Hunter", the Queen, who collected hearts of those she wanted to control (though they magically continued to live) went down to her vault and squeezed the heart of a character she needed to dispose of. As she did that, we watched the character having a heart seizure and pass. it was very dramatic and well done and watching dark Adam squeeze that symbolic heart that really hit me hard for so many reasons.
Regarding the left/right thing - In many palmistry traditions, the left hand represents the past, the unconscious, the family and the strategies you resort to when under duress. Just a little more to add to the unbelievably rich symbolism. Can't believe the incredible melding of emotion, art and intellect that went into that video.
