What falls under the DMG umbrella is a good question Chunky! I would like to know the answer to that too? Sorry to be on this Queen subject again but is anyone here familiar with the sales concept of "the takaway". This reminds me of the whole Queen and Adam fronting rumor that has spread like wildfire yesterday. That will get a lot of differing opinions. But then here comes Adam's tweet which in essence does a "take away" from the thought - pro or con for people. The "take away" often converts those that may otherwise be against something to someone who now wants it because they can't have it. This is what the whole news cycle reminds me of. And so in the end, when some confirmation comes (and I think it will but we may not know ahead of time) some the the prior neysayers will be happy. I've been trying for the last 15 min to change my avi with no success, I just don't know how to do it. Yeah the Queen thing was fab for exposure. I even saw someone about an hour ago on my twitter feed RT Riki Rachtman when he tweeted that he knew he may get flack for it, but he thinks Adam for Queen was a perfect choice and he saw Queen with Freddie and would still see them now. That's pretty cool--he was the host of MTV's Head Bangers Ball for years--so he is a metal guy. I think more people really want this to happen/think this would be a good idea than those who are outraged. I can't WAIT for the media response when (and I say when not if) Queen finally announces a performance or two. Hee. Let's hope when he returns to the US he gets even more press--COME ON US VERSION OF SHOSHANNA!!....and that the song continues to grow....faster this time lol. I asked someone on twitter this before...would DMG be his US version of Shoshanna? yes? No? Are they in charge of getting the type of promo and stuff that Shosh has done, because if not then what exactly DO they do? I know it's not pushing or picking singles--that's the label's job--but what falls under their umbrella???I would love to know this as well! Q3???? |

 LindaG23 & Mys*&@^#r50 thankyou so much. My problem was I couldn't get the whole address to display. Thought I was going to be nekkid for a while. Isn't he pretty!!!! I am very embarassed that I still have trouble with this sort of thing! Have much to learn!!

Also noticed that MTV Fin is having Behind the Music programme scheduled at 21.00-22.00 and the info says "Adam Lambert. See wild life stories of the stars! Who was a juvenile delinquent before their career? Who escaped from home?" I hope someone has time to watch because I won't get home at that time and my box is packed :( (with the time spent on Adamtopia I have no time to watch tv or the programmes saved...lol) Thank you for telling this belle I'll be watching it! |
