I access Atop on my iPad and phone but in the last couple of months it’s been very frustrating waiting for pages to load…usually half a page at a time which then disappears without warning. Often I give up and try again later - not much better but perhaps when I have more time to deal with it! When I try to type, I often have to wait upto a minute for the letters to appear. It’s getting worse and the last couple of days have been unworkable. This page has shut down twice while I’ve been writing this. Atop is the only site this happened with…everything else works quickly and perfectly. Am I the only one experiencing this? Is there anything I can do about it? Is it something happening with Atop rather than me? Any clues would be great because sadly, it’s becoming near impossible. 😩 You might want to message Q3 and let her know in case it has anything to do with this site. I use my desktop computer, so usually have no problems, but sometimes I have to try several times to get into the website. I've also had to use an incognito window in order to log in because it stopped working with a regular window. The issues I experience now with the site is that sometimes IG posts will open up here when posted, but other times only the link will show up. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason behind it and it can be frustrating when trying to share these here. |

I only use my desktop, and sometimes and I check on the thread on my phone, but I don't usually have any problems on my phone. No problems on my desktop either. |

I've wondered if it's because of all the videos and large photos, but I don't know. it's frustrating. I'm also using my ipad, with Safari. |

Maybe it's the Ipads? I have Safari on my Iphone and don't have any issues with the pics and videos loading.
The only issue on my desktop is like PI noted, that sometimes the IG posts don't load, just the link.

I mostly look at Atop on my Mac desktop. Everything is good except as pi pointed out, sometimes an IG won't open. That is very random! |

I have a ton of trouble with the pages loading on my iPad also, and I’m using Safari. Sometimes it totally stops loading and says the page has crashed and needs to be reloaded. I feel like I am on dial-up sometimes, it takes so long.
Funny thing is, I use Safari on my iPhone too, and it loads WAY faster and never crashes, only the iPad. My laptop never has any issues, btw. And I have no trouble with any other sites, just Atop. But other sites I look at don’t have so many videos and large pictures maybe?
I just assumed it was just me, and my ipad is a bit older …

I come here on my laptop. 99% of the time it works perfectly. But sometimes it won't let me log in the submit a post on the first try. I have to go out and come back in and then it works. It's very rare and that this happens to me. Guess I'm lucky. If I ever seem to "disappear" from this site, it won't be out of choice. It will mean that I can't get in for some reason. If that ever happens to any of us, I hope one of the mods can contest us by email, just to find out what happened.

I chalked it up to the internet ir google, which is mt search engine. THowever, you are correct it only seems to happen on this site. The videos are the worst. Some never appear and some won’t play🤔🤔 |

I have the same exact problem as SophieB on iPad both with Chrome and Safari. Posting has become virtually impossible, every letter takes forever. Loading a page can take minutes.
no such problems on my Android phone, only the IG posts don’t resolve as many have noted.
perhaps proboards is not maintaining their software properly, as obviously there is a platform comparability issue.

Sorry you're having problems with the board on your IPad. I only use my desktop, and sometimes and I check on the thread on my phone, but I don't usually have any problems on my phone. No problems on my desktop either.
