I see on Adam's Instagram that Harris Reed sent Adam his new book. I saw the headlines about the publication recently and recognized the name because I'm pretty sure Harris invited Adam to sing at one of his shows. Skimming the article a bit, I discovered Harris is only 27. Already writing a retrospective of his early career!! But I guess he is a wunderkind!

Wow, he really travels around. Found out he was in NYC and he's back in LA already. Buying that co-op has sure served him well. He's looking great. I guess he will be leaving soon to prep for the Japan leg of the tour. Back several months ago I read somehwere (don't remember where) that Oliver was hoping to be able to accompany him. Hope his paperwork came through.

So great that Adam is making such a presence at The Wild. Of course, he is one of the big draws for people going there, hoping he will be there. Hope the whole thing pays of in the long run.
Getting excited about the Japan tour and also the hints we've been getting about new music!

Now, keeping in mind that I'm a total introvert and a homebody, wouldn't it get boring to go out to the club(s) this often? What all is there to do besides drink and talk? Looks pretty tedious to me lol. Of course, not ever having been to a club, I'm probably missing some vital information but from behind my computer screen it looks boring

Now, keeping in mind that I'm a total introvert and a homebody, wouldn't it get boring to go out to the club(s) this often? What all is there to do besides drink and talk? Looks pretty tedious to me lol. Of course, not ever having been to a club, I'm probably missing some vital information but from behind my computer screen it looks boring HA. It looks pretty boring to me as well. Always seems like a group of men who enjoy dressing up like teen girls or street walkers and posing for pictures. And I am someone who spent every weekend in my college days in the clubs or at off campus parties thrown by the college football, basketball players, lol. Didn't drink much but lived on the dance floor and found it a great place to meet cute guys. Tho, I can't imagine being late 20s, 30 or 40+ and finding a constant club life still interesting. I can understand them wanting to be in the presence of Adam because it brings them attention to be seen or associated with a celebrity. And I know Adam is a social person and wants to promote his club (maybe he will step back once it really takes off). But how long and how exciting can it be for him to constantly surround himself with adults who try to look and act like teens or 20/23 year old club kids that he enjoyed being in his early twenties and before he changed his life and became a big success?

My two cents. Adam's core social group is not straight people, male and/or female. Sure, he has plenty of straight friends, but they are not primarily who he hangs out with. His social comfort zone is with his gay friends. He rarely just hangs out in a straight club venue. His social life is far different from my own to say the least. To his credit, he handles himself well in all social situations with all sexual orientations. But the clubs like The Wild are like home for him. He sure has opened my eyes over the years to a group of people who still face discrimination and ridicule. Adam treats everyone with respect and gets to know them as real people, whether they are gay men who blend well into the mainstream (like Neil Patrick Harris, for example) or whether they are contestants on Ru Paul's Drag Race. He's been an advocate by being an example, and he is often told that his efforts are appreciated.
Maybe he does get a bit bored with all those club nights, but he's out of town a lot, too. So he shows up when he can, and he is appreciated for it.
