Aw, it seems Australia is so happy to get Adam again. Sorry that the UK lost him with the Starstruck cancellation. Maybe one day he will get another US judging gig. Thrilled he always seems to be in demand to judge, coach or mentor in the US and abroad.

TY to all those who have been posting Adam and QAL information, pictures, and performances. I have been away for quite awhile. Checked in now and then to stay connected with Atop and see what is going on with everyone. Life can always throw a curve ball and disrupt the best laid plans. Missed the most recent US tour for QAL but could enjoy thanks to all those who posted video and recordings of the shows. Am looking forward to new music from Adam and his many other ventures planned for 2024, being more active on Atop and hoping Adam will have a solo tour!! sometime in 2024. Unbelievable…was just thinking of you yesterday 4EverAdam, as I was reflecting on the amount of time and energy required for posting news to the site. Adam was really on the move back in the day. I was equating that to Pi …as now… pi ….seems you are major resource for bringing over news to keep the thread alive and active, and it was reminding me of the early days, when far more were actively involved. Thankfully world wide fans find news that hits the site! Think the algorithms people can develop help with sourcing news now a days. Is that true? 4EverAdam…you were very much a go to person along with a few others… back in the day. I tried my best as well to post the news. Gelly left the site to focus on Twitter/X, and she continues with posting all things Adam that others bring over, Times roll on and thankfully members have continued to keep the news flowing …. which keeps Atop going. Many thanks to all! I have always remembered your significant impact on the site!

I, too, am thankful for people that bring over Adam news...I'm not on social media at all, so I would pretty much miss everything were it not for the kindness of people like PI.

I am not going to lie. It still breaks my heart that they did not promote and push this beautiful song. I loved Adam's writing and loved his heartfelt delivery even more. I do have a hard time deciding which one I like more from Velvet (FS or Closer To You.) HA!

Velvet is a beautiful album, for sure. Closer To You, Stranger You Are, Velver (the title track) and more. And Feel Something is a hidden gem and should have seen the light of day beyond us in the fandom. Hope Adam's new music grabs hold and makes an impact when it comes out. We are all very ready!
BTW, Pavarotti's stunning operatic tenor is second to none. But I have to say that Adam's tenor, with its more than respectable operatic qualities, has a natural warmth that gives it a fullness and depth that some opera tenors lack. They often sound a bit tinny to me despite their incredible vocal power. And Adam's voice never seems strained, even when he goes to those stratospheric notes. Those voice teachers who listen to him often mention his immense power without straining for it. He's been given a one-in-a-billion gift.
