I know people are saying it is from the video playing this morning, on VH1, but I've been tracking since yesterday. It is from the video being released to i-Tunes. It was climbing all day yesterday, which is unusual for a Tuesday.

I have seen a lot of speculation that the "re strategize" comment he made in that one interview means "new single" do we think this is true? And not as in a "planned all along new single" but a "oh shit this is not going well new single"??? I don't see the point frankly because if radio won;t jump on this perfectly fine song right away IDG why ppl would think a diff song might be any better. I think they are gonna stick it out for a while...I hope they cut some deals for big spins. Come on and flash some cash RCA I don't curr if it's legal or not lmao.

Was chatting with someone on twitter and wondering if they are going with this just for like promo appearances and shit--easy to sing, good vocals, inoffensive--and trying for moderate HAC spins and then BAM they will drop some hot pop song and push it hard to CHR, maybe have even made deals or something? IDK. I wouldn't mind as much about switching singles if it is part of a PLAN and not some FYE flop/snub situation ya know? Cause he deserves better than that. I can see if pop isn't crazy abt it (tho it's stupid cause if Bruno was singing it it would smash so SMH) but it should theoretically be a good fit for HAC so IDK why it isn't getting more traction. Either radio really hates it (which I don't get) or there is a plan... There has to be, I mean his promo is cray cray rn so I REFUSE to believe the label is the only one asleep at the wheel. REFUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 lol

chunkeymonkey81 - I saw you say this on twitter and I agree. If BTIKM isn't racing up the charts why do people think another song will? Even if it is dancey? Maybe if Bruno is on it but jeez I admit to hating the idea that Adam needs Bruno on his single to get radio play.
The other idea batted around was that his reference to "strategy" meant that radio promo was poorly executed for whatever reason (the early release of BTIKM because of BFM?) and that it would be coordinated better for the second single. Who knows - it's all speculation.
It seems odd to me however that RCA didn't tweet until today about the video being available on iTunes. And, btw, it's #1 again on CA iTunes. Without promo. That can't be all fans.
