Yes, she's speculating - would be fantastic though as would be broadcast all over the world. Here's some info about the concert and they haven't finalised all the performers: Staged in the stunning surroundings of the Queen Victoria Memorial in front of Buckingham Palace, the BBC and Gary Barlow have brought together leading talent from the world of music. The concert will include classic hits and one-off collaborations from artists including Shirley Bassey, Alfie Boe, Jools Holland, Jessie J, JLS, Elton John, Tom Jones, Lang Lang, Annie Lennox, Madness, Paul McCartney, Cliff Richard and Ed Sheeran. Other names will be announced in due course. www.royal.gov.uk/LatestNewsandDiary/Pressreleases/2012/DiamondJubileeConcertLaunch.aspx Don't take this the wrong way and I have no statistics to back this up, just my opinion, but I think the Olympic closing ceremonies would pull a larger international audience. I don't think there is as much inerest in the Queen's Jubilee as you might think, in other countries. And I think the Jubilee event would have more of a requirement of being English, than the Olympics would. :-/ But, if this is what Adam is performing in, I will definitely be watching. But maybe Olympics would be only ONE song? I'm thinking a medley of songs for the Jubilee celebration. Also, Olympics maybe more prestige worldwide, but Jubilee concert would be great for UK. I dunno...

The Olympics, because it would be perfect for the occasion, would be We Will Rock You and We Are the Champions!! Like Chunkey said, I want Adam to get the Queen exposure here, in the US! Those Queen songs are like Sport National Anthems here!!

Thanks! Hoppers Is that you!? OK, I've been staring at this for 5 minutes. omg... is this a cookie monster chasing a kid? I kept staring and staring and it looked like there were teeny weeny lollies sticking out from the "cookie". [snort] Actually, I'm the one being chased...by the dripped baking goo, frosting, and candy decorations (incl lollies) that fell on the kitchen floor and suddenly evolved into a horrible, mobile life form. I think the floor is gonna require a HAZMAT team.... :

Brian May on the roof. Alrighty then... trying to picture Adam on the roof of Buckingham Palace, opening his arms wide in his Gareth Pugh coat, so he looks like some kinda surreal awesome vampire bat about to take flight... Ok, going to cook dinner...

yeah she is, cause Brian May performed 10 years ago at the Golden Jubilee from ontop of the Buckingham Palace. Queen is legendary, and so they have to perform at the Diamond Jubilee.... That is why I don't think that Adam and Queen will be at the Olympics. I think that this is the big secret. Ooooh ok I kinda want. What do we think is the best for exposure, prestige, etc? The Jubilee thing? (I dunno abt that for the US I don't even recall that being shown here and never heard anything about this celebration before tbh) The Olympics? A festival like Sonisphere? Which one would be most amazing?? I mean I don't care, I will take whatever. Just curious. I wonder if they would broadcast the Jubilee in the states? hmmm I think the Olympics would garner the most exposure, prestige, etc. Respectfully speaking, I don't think the Jubilee is thought about or known that much here in the US. The Olympic coverage is worldwide. Not sure about the Sonisphere. I think, for Adam the Olympics would be monumental exposure for his career.

Think big! What about the Diamond Jubilee AND the Olympics. Adam never said "just one" collaboration.

Queen/Adam closing with We Are The Champions - American with the British Band to celebrate the champions jointly will be appropriate! Just a dream.... :D
