From her typing little fingers to the ears of the Universe (or Producers!!) This would be a perfect guest spot for Adam, maybe even playing himself! I was thinking about it, but then I remember that the production is about Marilyn Monroe... where Adam's going to fit on it... Just some ideas: Maybe he could play a friend or acting colleague of the Megan Hilty character. If Adam's character helps her to rehearse her part in the play that would give him an excuse to sing. Or maybe he could play her vocal coach? Or maybe her boyfriend. Although that would probably need to be a recurring character, so it's unlikely. ETA: I was also going to suggest that Adam could play an actor auditioning for the Joe DiMaggio role in the Marilyn play, but the thought of Adam playing a sports figure is a bit lulzy, given his lack of interest in sports.  |

Yes, though the production at the center of the show is about Marilyn Monroe, the actual show is about the behind-the-scenes making of a Broadway musical, so there could be any number of ways he can fit into a narrative as a character in the inner-workings of the Broadway world who is not necessarily a character in the play. Or maybe they work an Elvis number into "Marilyn" and he plays that? ;D ;D |

Charity Water...donated last month...donated for one daughter's b'day yesterday and will donate for V Day and another daughter's b'day on the 15th . Hope we see a huge increase in #'s.

Yep, or actually, he could play essentially himself. Maybe he is a former theater star-turned-pop singer and he is an old friend of Ivy's and he's going on tour and offering her a gig as a dancer and backup singer. She is torn between pursuing "Marilyn," which she feels is a role she is destined for and that could be her BIG break or taking this sure-thing gig with her old friend and tour the world. However, they will have worked out who ultimately gets the lead pretty quickly, I imagine. My feeling (because of billing, obviously) is that the Kat McPhee character will get the lead and Ivy will be her understudy, but much conflict will ensue. |
