Thanks for this, sounds like a nice song but I can hear a much different and more exciting background for it, hmm. BTW Does anybody have a link to Underneath demo?>>> I was trying to avoid saving everything, but now it seems that I will have to start some kind of a file system and save a lot more than I used to. I virtually live and die for these acoustic versions especially, the abundance of them is quite confusing but then again very rewarding if in the future, I will be able to pull them out any time without bothering you, lovely ladies, all the time. can't keep up anymore with everything, but this is just beautiful BTIKM LOL, same here, spinnin' here and there to grab all the goodies! Severe case of Bertigo!  Now I'm stuck with this performance; tender, vulnerable, kinda like a lullaby (for Sauli)... Listening with headphones; it's like he's sitting just beside me. Despite the fact that it is early morning and his voice is not completely warmed, he again amazes me... not only he sounds like an angel he also looks like one. Damn, we are lucky. Adam and Kevin never once looked at each other ... so much trust and chemistry ... incredible I might have spammed this link to anyone I know ... well the soundcloud link for sure ... |

Alright, after reading the Popjustice review of Never Close My Eyes. I think I can overcome my dislike for the song. It seems that it was a good review. I just can't stand Bruno Mars voice on his songs at times which makes it hard for me to actually envision how good Adam might be on this song. If this song can give Adam a hit song before his album, then maybe I can get into it. But if this is a little different then the other Adam tracks, I wonder if it will be an easier fit, as in helping getting further singles on the radio if NCOE hits or not? www.popjustice.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=5975&Itemid=206There was a song Adam played us last year called 'Never Close Our Eyes' or something which had a big line that went something like "never close my eyes, MY EYEESSSSSS". It's quite raveular. That should probably be a single at some point, mind you it doesn't have quite as much of Adam's identity in it as some of the other songs on the album. This said, identity's not much use when you're not selling any albums because you picked the wrong singles, is it?..
This should be where the ballad comes in. FUCK THE BALLAD. Let's go straight back in with that ravey 'Never Close Our Eyes' one. That's a hit single however you look at it, so if people haven't been very into the whole Queen-esque Pharrell business this will help sell some albums. We seem to recall Adam saying that Bruno Mars had something to do with this one but he might have been talking about something else.

Hilarious! |
