Happy to hear he got to the Blonds tonight! And just to post an unpopular opinion.....I absolutely LOVE BTIKM! I'm sorry to hear some folks don't but I'm quite sure he knows he can't please everyone with one song. And I expect that ultimately the song everyone will like the best is which ever one is presumed to be a hit! I wouldnt exactly say I love it, but I do thoroughly enjoy listening to it. |

So--radio only plays great songs? You must be listening to a different station than I am. I hear tons of crap on radio. And I hear it over and over again. If anything, I think BTIKM isn't being played because it's too good. Maybe if Adam had autotuned it and just repeated, "Better than I know myself (yeah), better than I know myself (yeah), better than I know myself (yeah)" a thousand times to the exclusion of other lyrics, it might have a chance of being a hit. murly- you hit the nail right on the head. BTIKM is a high quality song. The lyrics are tender and raw, the melody complex and infectious. Adam's vocals are superior. In short, the opposite of the majority of Top 40. Don't get me wrong, I think there is some good stuff on Top 40 but there is a LOT of successful crap. Is the latest offering of LMFAO a better song than BTIKM, not in my book. Murly and Annietoo I so agree with you on this. I think as people get to hear it more often they will love it too. I saw the fuse tv segment with Adam saying he gets hard and I was lmao so funny!!! |

It's funny that's what i do too. couldn't get this song to move up, so i've been pushing everyone else down. It wasn't fun but i feel less frustrated. Wal, still looking good as news wizard! Thanks for all the fuse segments. |

Heh, sometimes I think Adam should have just taken the AMA performance and run with it being his bad self all over the damn place. He could have released Fever and made a video with a male love interest and banged the hell out of him (in an implied fashion of course). Trying to please people radio might not be the best way to go about it- putting flames on his fucking head and doing the full dress Crawl Through Fire on Leno might have worked better. Water under the bridge but you've gotta wonder. ITA. Gaga,Katy,Rhianna all strip down to their undies, the more they strip, the more they sell, it's all about sex, still the NORM for PoP. Just listen to Selena Gormez lyric, "What you do to me,do to me" in that no brain song (can't remember the name) repeatedly heard on the radio, Geezzz,she just turn 18. I miss Dark side Adam, Trespassing snippet sound very catchy,dancey,and explosive, OTT is what lead the POP scene. Yes, much better with very sexual MV that no one has gone before. ;D Most pop singers sound shit when they sing live but not Adam. And I will not underestimate his song writting skill, they are good. IMHO  |
