I remember when Sutan did Adam's makeup on the GlamNation Tour. Nice to see him again!

Wow. I wonder if QAL is now over? I think Adam fans always knew who he was but many did not need to know what he and his friends do and talk about. As a fan, I loved Adam for his talent, charisma, good looks and stage presence. His sexuality was never an issue but felt he was a great representative for his community. To me, gay was who he was but not all of who he was. Never been interested in the details of anyone's sex life (gay or straight) or what his friends talk about when they are together. We have seen glimpses and yes some like to dress up like women and enjoy cubs, partying and drag shows. And we have even heard Oliver ask where is my tampon (to laughter) or this is for us and not you and our world. None of that made me interested or more curious about any of them other than Adam. Tbh, some of them seemed very immature and attention seekers. But you care little because they are not the reasons why Adam has his fans. But I'm sure his crew will be happy about the new music. Explicit sex details to dance music is not for me and glad he is doing what he wants. But disappointing that Adam is dismissing all that he has done and meant to fans as just pretending and not authentic. And some have been waiting for the rock inspired sound that he talks about leaving but we never really got it unless it was with QAL, lol. Adam Lambert Played the Industry Game — Now He’s Rewriting the Rules With New EP: ‘It’s My Turn’ For most of his career, Adam Lambert has been playing characters. Whether in his musical theater roots, his touring role as the frontman of Queen or even on American Idol, the 42-year-old singer says much of his career has been about performance. But he’s ready to change that. “I’ve watched other artists express this very real, authentic part of themselves over the last few years,” he tells Billboard. “Now, it’s my turn.” Lambert’s new solo EP Afters (due out July 19) sees the singer embracing a new, dance-focused sound to talk about sex, desire and romance in a more honest way than he ever has before. The first pair of singles off the project, “Lube” and “Wet Dream” (both due out Friday, May 31), give audiences a glimpse of what the singer has in store for them, with Lambert’s rock-inspired sound swapped out for pounding club beats and uncensored lyrics.“I wanted to make a project that felt like the kind of music I listened to with my friends, talking about the things I talk about with my friends,” Lambert explains. “Sometimes, things get a little naughty, and I wanted to capture that energy.” www.billboard.com/culture/pride/adam-lambert-afters-ep-lgbtq-music-1235689009/
