For Adam fans who rushed for QAL to end (not us, lol) be careful what you wish for. Some said when QAL ends, he will have more time to make music and tour solo. But with this article, he seems to not want to leave home to tour for even two months now. Most tours last 5 months or even a year so he was lucky that QAl only toured for a few months. Both of his solo world tours, Glam Nation and TOH, lasted for 5 or 6 months. And the international Trespassing Tour and the US one-offs probably lasted more than 2 months as well. But I guess with no radio play or hits, solo world tours may not be in the cards anyway. He doesn't have enough known work to have world tours off of old hits. Fingers crossed tho that he will want to do some mini tours or a string of one-offs like with Velvet and High Drama but fans complained it wasn't enough. However, the thought of him mostly hanging out and partying and taking pictures with friends at clubs in Weho is a bit depressing, imo. Tho he would probably get bored with that, lol. However, we may need to rely on his many other projects, to get the Adam fix, and not expect much touring with new music once QAL is done. HA. Adam re QAL. He said: “There’s a strong possibility that we’ll be going out together again. We’re talking about that as you and I speak, making those decisions. Now, it does get to be more of a decision as you get older. I’m not 35 anymore, and leaving home for two months is not easy. But we feel as like if we’re all fit and well, that we’d like to go out there one more time." www.mirror.co.uk/tv/tv-news/adam-lambert-reveals-how-persuaded-33067135

I have watched the documentary twice now. I got more out of it the second time around and really enjoyed Adam's interview style. Relaxed and listening. I haven't read any reviews in depth but they all seem to be good. Adam seems to be a people person and just relates well to most. I hope there is another more indepth documentary. I think he would do it justice. A bit off topic: I was SHOCKED watching his interview with Lorraine on youtube to see that the video with Freddie was BLURRED! Really?????? I think they did it for copyright reasons so YouTube would not automatically block the whole segments for including a snippet of a copyrighted music video.

I remember it from an interview with him. I think it’s just a bit unclear in this article, but when you look closely the „He“ refers to Brian.

The global music superstar has new EDM songs and a new album coming out, that is at once dramatic and dreamy — perfect for the Pride season. Adam Lambert’s Pride festivities started off with a bang when he headlined WeHo Pride during the first weekend in June. “It was great to see the community out there,” he told The Advocate recently. “It felt like a very supportive celebration, all of us together. You know, I lived in West Hollywood for over 20 years, and I've never performed in Pride, so it was a long time coming, and it felt great.” For Lambert, attending Pride events began in his early twenties in San Diego, when he attended his first after just graduating from high school. Since then, he’s attended dozens over the years and he’s seen many changes. “For example, drag was not what it was now. We have so many of our drag superstars in our community who have become such a focal point and an exciting sort of representation of everything we are. And so you see a lot more drag in Pride events which is a great thing.” Since those early days in San Diego, another element has changed for Lambert. In 2009 he rose to fame, finishing second in the eighth season of the hit show American Idol. Since that time, and over a decade, he’s become a music sensation, selling millions of albums and singles worldwide. Since 2012, he has performed as the lead singer for the iconic rock group Queen. They just completed a global tour late last year, their first since the pandemic. Now, as a confirmed global superstar, he’s also headlined Pride events. “I did London last year, and have been to Miami, Pittsburgh, and I’m did Mardi Gras in Australia, so it’s such a privilege to be a part of these events all over the place,” he said. Lambert has noticed a spirit of rebellion that streaks through Pride events. “I think people really feel so much more empowered, and that they can be exactly what and who they are.” This feeling of empowerment, at least sexually, is front and center in his new music, a collection set to release next month, of EDM songs and a new album. It includes two just released songs, “Lube” and “Wet Dream.” He’s releasing the third song from the EP tomorrow (midnight ET) called “CVNTY.” “Very subtle,” Lambert jokes. “It’s a little bit of a break from rock and Queen music.” He continued: “I'm singing about intimacy, partying, hedonism and lust and all the wonderful things that make us…bedroom creatures! It's a lot of fun. It's fast. There's some theatricality to it. It has some drama to it, and it’s dreamy, I think those are the two words that I would give it.” More.. www.advocate.com/arts-entertainment/adam-lambert-pride-songs

Didn’t Brian say that? I remember it from an interview with him. I think it’s just a bit unclear in this article, but when you look closely the „He“ refers to Brian. I thought it was Adam. But I hope it was Brian, I sure would feel a lot better if it wasn't Adam. I'll go with Brian. Thanks. HA.

He has said that several times already. Also Adam had just left his home for almost 3 months this year: first the QAL tour in Japan, then he was for more than 2 months in Australia. He seemed to enjoy the time, especially in Sydney.

Re QAL “going out” again: for a moment I got excited but then realized the interview was done in Denver, so perhaps they were talking about the Japan leg during that time period. …perhaps he’ll do another LV mini residency for Halloween? He mentioned “something special “…
