My question was if Queen is a headliner how will their set go? Will they play, like, last after a roster of other acts play during the day or something? How long does a headliner set at one of these festivals last anyways? Like number of songs and stuff? just curious since I know there are different headliners on different days... I can answer partially according to my experience of Sonisphere festival here in Greece. Sonishere goes from afternoon to late at night each day. Many acts. Headliners play always late at night. I went to 2 different years very recently. Metallica played for 2,5 hours. They loved it here. Iron Maiden played for 2 hours. But I think it depends also how much they can hold up there. I mean Aerosmith played here last year (not at Sonisphere- their own concert) for 2 hours and Steven Tyler was like unbelievable, like a young kid singing and dancing like crazy. Queen MUST BE headliners on the day they will play. I don't know how much physical strength Brian May and Rodger Taylor have to do something like this. In my opinion IF they will play there, it will be at least for 45 minutes . Which is nothing but AMAZEBALLS.

Festivals are good and happy things?? ??? Can you repeat the festival question? I would say yes to the original question. www.knebworthhouse.com/rock/rockconcerts.htmthey say 50k at the last two sonisphere shows. so not too crammed, lol. but if queen performs i think the numbers will be higher. after all it is 2012... go hard if this is where sonisphere occurs, which for some reason i think is the case. Well if you look at the wiki page for this festival..it's all metal bands so I don't see where QUEEN would fit in with the likes of Metallica, Anthanx, Slayer etc...? Also, it seems to be a 6 day multiple country event isn't? So I have been trying to catch up... Head is spinning from trying to keep everything straight and not succeeding...lol Got bad news about my PC *sob* it's officially dead.. now I have to figure out a way to get a new one..*sigh* It has been frustrating using only my iPad since "flash" isn't supported so there are many vids that I am not able to see because of it...until I find them uploaded somewhere else ...but it has been a chore...and does make it harder to keep up First, I need to thank you for uploading these vids so that we challenged peeps are kept in the loop..lol BUT, I do have a comment to make about the B104 m&g......ackkk WHO thought it was perfectly ok to wax poetic to Adam about his "lip snarls". Really??? So much SHE ....why not just lay down and hump the floor in front of him...FFS

I just said that I don't know their physical condition!Or perhaps that's what I meant anyway and didn't express myself correctly! I see what you're saying because at work (I'm 50) I have double and triple the energy of some 20 women who work there. I really hope they will play for an hour and a half at least!

I watched that 1985 Queen Live Aids Concert (YT) and it only lasted for 20 minutes but towards the end I can see Freddie straining (vocally). I wonder how Adam would adjust if he will sing the Queen songs in the same key that it was originally written (like he did with TSMGO and WTC) and if longer than 20 minutes....whew! Although Freddie sometimes lowered the key but with Adam, the Freddie/Queen fans will be comparing him to the studio recording of Freddie.... ;D Bring it on, Adam.... that is IF this is really happening ETA:
