The corset pic must have been taken before he shaved. Or not? Don't know exactly when that pic of him clean-shaven with Eber and Neil was taken. I don't always get the timeline correct. He is a fearless fashion fanatic.

Seems to me he left some stubble. In the black corset photos posted yesterday (and above) with his friends it looked to me like he has beard-shaped and trimmed stubble. Even in the concert pic with ever and Neil you can see stubble. Maybe he had shaved for some kind of photo shoot and it was temporary? This has happened before. Until the beard grows back and he darkens it up some, it can look like he’s almost clean shaven. I’m one who likes the beard, though not so much when he makes it too dark.

Rumor has it there was recently a photoshoot for the new "Cabaret" cast. Maybe that explains his relatively clean-shaven look.

Adam must be sooooo excited, keeping this to himself et al! The only other established role that would be so perfect for him might be Kiss of the Spider Woman...that I can think of. Regardless what he has said in the past, this still was his first dream and musical love and it has to excite him! It also looks like there is a fair bit of artistic freedom in the role....

LOL. I know in the past, some were taking little comments Adam would make as hints and claiming they were sure Adam had something in the bag but couldn't tell us. I would get my hopes up so high only to be disappointed that it was all just wishful thinking. But this Cabaret feels different. More evidence. Tho Adam can't get ahead of the announcement, seems that when a project is more of a sure thing, he does not give the plot away before he is allowed.
I believe that photo of Adam with the pearls was taken at that party (I think for Joey) when everyone dressed as women for some theme. And unsurprising that Adam did not go as far as the others, lol. And Oliver said that it was "our world" and they were not dressing for you?
