I want to hear him singing with his classical voice with another classical singer and showing off his voice. I don't care if he upstage Bocelli. Bocelli sang with Christina and she just did what she always does. ;D Ooooh...Bocelli. You know I *would* like to hear this, because I bet it could be sonically very interesting. Bocelli is a tenor, but a "darker" one than Adam. Adam generally has the "brightness" of a more Irish-type tenor (ex. "Come To Me, Bend To Me"), but *can* darken, like a painter changes paintbrushes. It would be really cool listening to how they could meld together. Not in a "I can out-melisma-you" sort of way (aka Christina Aguilera). But in a "weaving-in-and-out with different vocal weights" sort of way. I think something truly special could result. #pipedream : How do all feel about Josh Groban I think I would rather Adam do something with him.... And Groban can be very funny. Personally think it could be a win win (some kind of iPad tech fail again split my post up) The ETA is actually part of Hoppers post ETA: Yeah, nica, I know consistency isn't Bocelli's strong point. But he has such a *cozy* voice. And, yes, he is extremely popular (and at least has a hell of a lot more profiency than a total sob case like Susan Boyle). Wouldn't listen to him play a role (not that he does anyways). But would be perfectly content hearing him in a concert-hall situation.[/quote]

adamrocks, I don't really know who is Gale Chester, but I don't think he (she?) is the SiriusXM person. I know he is a fan and rips interviews and videos into soundclouds and photobuckets. (lucky us). This is his twitter account: twitter.com/GaleChester Thanks for the information Wal. Didn't realize he wasn't on the station. Glad he loves Adam...I just thought the open shirt was kind of funny. But I love his 'freedom of expression".

There is a bio part on the link given above in the previous post...but here is a direct link to his bio page... davidhastingsstudios.com/arist-bioA very accomplished man in the arts field of work. (directing, singing, etc imagine singing Beethovan's ninth with a symphony orchestra) I don't have to imagine it.... I've done it (Beethoven's Ninth). An other worldly experience! And, yes, to Adam singing classically, with or without a partner. Not asking he change genres. Just that he show that side of himself as a singer. We most dedicated fans know he has sung light opera in the past. We have heard My Conviction, and suspect that a serious turn at opera would be fantastic. Angelina, who has sung with some of the best operatic tenors in the world is convinced Adam would be wildly successful in the opera world if he had chosen that direction. Opera is not to everyone's taste. Neither is metal rock. Or tender ballads. Or club music. But, I think we can agree that to hear Adam stretch and explore the limits of what he can do with that voice would be a special treat. I am so envious of those of you have this amazing talent to SING!!! I might google that to understand what that song sounds like. I do think singing is a gift... a lifetime gift. Lucky you...and thanks of course for your always inspiring and knowledgable posts on Adam's voice and the quality of his performances. I took a half course in choir in grade 12 and it was lucky we sang in 3's except for note evaluation which we had to do one on one with the teacher with piano and then accapella. She would say sing this note then she would exam your ability to go up a note or half note etc. I loved the class, got an A, but can't carry a tune now if my life depended on it. And I have been told that LOL ... my voice has sure changed. Guess I needed a voice coach like Mr. Hasting to help me along. PS Happy that Adam was out blowing off a little steam after a grueling promo trip...and getting "mad as a hat" Sauli out to do the same. Adam looked pretty fine.
