Ooooh...Bocelli. You know I *would* like to hear this, because I bet it could be sonically very interesting. Bocelli is a tenor, but a "darker" one than Adam. Adam generally has the "brightness" of a more Irish-type tenor (ex. "Come To Me, Bend To Me"), but *can* darken, like a painter changes paintbrushes. It would be really cool listening to how they could meld together. Not in a "I can out-melisma-you" sort of way (aka Christina Aguilera). But in a "weaving-in-and-out with different vocal weights" sort of way. I think something truly special could result. #pipedream : How do all feel about Josh Groban I think I would rather Adam do something with him.... And Groban can be very funny. Personally think it could be a win win (some kind of iPad tech fail again split my post up) The ETA is actually part of Hoppers post ETA: Yeah, nica, I know consistency isn't Bocelli's strong point. But he has such a *cozy* voice. And, yes, he is extremely popular (and at least has a hell of a lot more profiency than a total sob case like Susan Boyle). Wouldn't listen to him play a role (not that he does anyways). But would be perfectly content hearing him in a concert-hall situation. [/quote] He's not as popular and famous as Bocelli ;D

Yellow written text is illegible, but I finally figured how to read the written text with a yellow! When I press the quote button text will appear normally! ;D LOL You can also just highlight the yellow text. It will show up as white on blue. I was not aware of that either. Thank you! ;D

Ok, HSM, just because you are picking on me - Giordani is great! Heard him live a few times, but if I were to pick a tenor duet -I would go for Juan Diego Florez - much closer voice to Adam's... ... Adam would be perfect in that, wouldn't he? FLORES !!! THAT'S who I was frantically trying to remember earlier today! In the few interviews I've seen of him, he also seems like a really nice and funny guy too. There was also one other classical singer I was trying to remember who's fairly close to Adam's age, few years older. Compatriot of Flores. Worked with Placido Domingo. Another tenor, but slightly darker in tone. Wild black hair. Has an ego and a half, but sounds awesome. Can't remember his name for the life of me, but was part of a video series in the last few years where he started the intro at the Paris Opera house. Help me out?

Never seen him once that I can remember sorry I do however know who Groban is evem if I don't listen to him either... So could just be a matter of taste....Bocelli has has obviously been around a lot longer

David Hastings is Kevin's dad? David's bio is interesting - no wonder Kevin seems to fit so well with Adam, he has the right family background. Are you sure his dad? From his current picture, David looks too you to be Kevin's father .. brother maybe? But Jazz is one of Kevin's background music too, same as Adam when he was in highschool Adam's into Jazz music too. Honestly it started out in the thread we were JUST WONDERING if this was his Dad... and true somehow our own game of "telephone" got carried away. He could be an relative applauding Kevin's new position. He sure kinda looks like him though. Site says he has had a 35 year career in the biz. So he would be old enough. And he has 3 children ...singer/songwriters/dancer/ choreographers etc so ...seems like they are "working" children. Now there is question to ask Kev on twitter...Is that his proud dad's site?
