Somehow I don't think they will be paying attention to any newly registered members right now- it's too transparent. Just IMO, but I say wait and let Adam's vocals do the talking. YMMV. We could help them along with a little Adam Lambert vocals exposure therapy. We wouldn't have to say a thing. Too obvious?. Ah well. There must be a way to subtly lure a few of them gently out of the crevasse of woe. Help them live again. It really is quite sad.  Yeah.. I read some of their comments. They eat their own. Just like talking to any kind of true believer (whether politics, sports teams or music) nothing you say will change their mind and often any comment just feeds their fire. |

Skylar, I've been following the Queen boards too. *bring on the popcorn*!!! I'm afraid any attempt to try to convince them otherwise will result in more scorn and mockery of Adam's fans, and it will reflect badly upon Adam. There are some of them who have spoken in favor of Queen's decision to have Adam as a frontman, so they are already doing a good job of discussing the pros and cons themselves. Plus, they are QUEEN fans. For them, it's less about Adam, as it is about Roger and Brian's decision to sing with ANY singer that is not Freddy. Adam just irks them extra bad bc of the American Idol connection, and tbh, no matter how good Adam is, that connection is not going away. So if it's AI that bothers them so much, there's nothing we can do. Best approach is to let them do their thing and let the performance speak for itself, IMO. Anyone who thinks Adam represents American Idol just needs a reality check. A few kick-ass drag pics and some Zodiac awesomesauce should cure it. I read some of the comments over there and a couple of posts pointed out that there are 72 members who are currently posting . Seventy-two!!! Why do we care what they think or what their opinions are? Some of them are supportive and some are neutral on the subject. I say leave them alone to work it out and talk it through amongst themselves. The last thing they need is a bunch of Adam fans storming in with pictures and videos of Adam! IMO, that will only hurt matters and stir up more criticism! |

Didn't these dickheads watch the EMA performance? Maybe they have and can see Adam is better than Mercury. Maybe they haven't and just want to piss on someone's parade. Virtual anoninimity is empowering for dickheads.

Roger said that they're going to do some warm up performances in Moscow.. so do we think Adam will perform with them here??? ;D I don't know,but I bet JanuarySnow is hoping it's true! JustGill, haven't heard from you I don't think. Possible for you? GUYS FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO A QUEEN FORUM AND START WAXING ABOUT HOW AMAZING ADAM IS OR POSTING ZODIAC PICS OF YOUR FAVORITE GLAMNATION VIDS FOR THE LOVE OF GOD THEY WILL JUST LAUGH YOU RIGHT OUT OF THERE AND IT WILL BACKFIRE SPECTACULARLY IN YOUR FACE AND MAKE US ALL LOOK UTTERLY PRESSED.
Just ignore it. We don't curr. We are above this. Who cares what some idiots who don't even know how to spell their so called idol's name correctly have to say behind the anonymity of the internet? Who cares what their pudgy, Cheetos stained hands type anyways? I'm sure most of them will eventually feel stupid anyways after seeing how awesome the show goes down. And the rest...well they can stay pressed. We get our Queen/Adam dream come true and they get to be bitter sad people who suck in every conceivable way.

They would believe that Freddie was better at singing his own songs, and they have every right to feel that way. Their opining would be just as "right" as yours, because an opinion of this nature all comes down to subjective tastes. |

possible alternative if you have a smart phone/ipad: I have the VEVO app on my iphone and I don't recall having to register. Perhaps they have apps for other smart phones as well.  |
