Here's what RCAEd posted this morning in response to the question about BTIKM not getting radio play RCA Ed: Re: RCA ED Please tell us.... new Let me ask you guys something: how is it possible for someone NOT to have a song these days - ANY song they actually wish to hear/play - and perhaps that'll answer your question here. Actually, it'll have to 'cos it's all I'm gonna say on the matter. ETA I see you RabbitRabbit as a voice of sanity over there ;D wait....so what the heck is THAT supposed to mean? I don't understand what Ed is saying or even alluding to. Anyone? does it mean we are not requesting enough? ??? Lack of comprehension is not one of my usual weaknesses - but in this case it obviously is... :-/ |

Voting... Like Adam, when things get hard, it just makes me want to work harder. I will keep putting all the effort I have time to give into making people know that Adam has fans that want to hear his music. |

I had to read it several times, too, but over in the numbers thread (don't go there), someone referred to a post he did awhile back. When asked by fans to play a song, djs will say they don't have the music. But RCA Ed said they all have the music and just say that so the fans won't be mad at them. It's the PDs who decide what gets played. Could this be what he is referring to? |

Sooo...Lana Del Rey won the International Breakthrough Artist tonight at the Brit Awards, the British equivalent of the Grammys.
Didn't her album like, just come out last month? How does that happen?
I still think Interscope is into some type of payola. It's not a coincidence that almost all of their artists are huge, esp. on radio.
