The Oscar "after the show" shows are doing interviews with people at the Elton party (as well as the others), so I am watching to see if they at least show Adam and Sauli. That would be very cool!
OOOOOHHHHH -- ABC just showed Adam and Sauli on the white carpet at the party! Yay!

Wow! I looked at Adam's stare in this photo and immediately thought of Clark Gable in Gone With The Wind. LOL! Guess my watching that movie yesterday could have something to do with it. ;D |

Coming in late, I know; after my own little neighborhood Oscar party - This picture will make me cry if I keep looking. Elton John, who sang 'Your Song' - "how wonderful life is when you're in the world" . . . I heard this song before Adam was born, and fell in love with it - and with its singer. Now we are passing the torch, as they say. Elton couldn't help but cradle his cheek; nor would I, if I had the blessed chance from heaven. Our heroes beget heroes; and Adam is the chosen one. Amazed and enthralled, I am. And here to see it happen. Oh yes. The show must go on. |

Is Alexander Skarsgard there??! Could we get a pic with Adam and Erik? (Just wondering... purely academic interest) ETA: I never thought I'd have a pic w/Dave Grohl and Adam. Dave even looked like he was behaving his rude self. It really must be my birthday. Isn't Dave Grohl like the biggest Queen fan ever? I bet that helps. I read he has a pair of Brian May's underway hanging in is house. I'm hoping for a pic with John Waters..though I'd settle for Skarsgard. 8-) There was a picture somewhere where he had the whole James Bond look down with a drink in his and and the pose was totally Lambert, Adam Lambert. Anyone know the one I'm talking about? |
