Brian May talking about Adam again \o/ "Freddie would be amazed " He is talking to Fearne Cotton so I assume this was on Radio 1 She said "gigs!" "Those are going to be wonderful gigs this summer!" I know I'm late commenting but she says Knebworth and Sonisphere as if they are two separate concerts and I think that is why she is saying gigs. Of course we can always assume Brian not correcting her means something. ;D |

And Mia Farrow just started following Adam :D (checked 10 minutes ago - she wasn´t following him) I wonder how she saw his tweet if she wasn't following him? Pretty cool tho that she did see it and then offered her words of encouragement. I love how he stands up for not only himself but for the LGBT community. I know at first he said he didn't want to be an advocate but he's really grown into the role fabulously. |

Pretty cool tho that she did see it and then offered her words of encouragement. I love how he stands up for not only himself but for the LGBT community. I know at first he said he didn't want to be an advocate but he's really grown into the role fabulously. Somebody whom she was following probably retweeted Adam's tweet and that's how she saw it. |

I had just decided to go over to the Adam thread at Television Without Pity and post about the Charity Water drive--wasn't sure it was allowed because their rules are so arbitrary, but I have a back-up identity in case I get banned so I thought I'd go for it--only to discover that the Adam thread has been locked. Apparently there's a rule against debating how successful Adam is, and said rule was broken, so now the thread is unavailable for a few days. Damn. The moderators over there are mad with power and love to punish everyone when they step a toe out of line. It's NOT that they are mad with power it is that they are sick of having to mod the SAME PEOPLE over and over for breaking a rule that they have sticky posted at the top of the page so it is at the top of EVERY PAGE. The haters start pointing out what a flop Adam is and the fans defend him and it starts the whole thing all over again. They made a SPECIFIC RULE against debating that topic because all it did was cause trouble so when people step out of line it is easier to just close the thread than to have to mod everybody's posts. I think at this point we are lucky we even HAVE a thread at TWOP because it is surely more trouble than it is worth for the moderators. |

Just one for voting for Adam ;D They could ban the haters who intentionally break the rules and attempt to bait the fans but the MODS on TWOP have never been adam fan friendly. |

That may be true in this case, but trust me, they are mad with power. They issue warnings and ban people for the most innocuous transgressions, and the rules seem to change with the tides. |

Brian just didn't bother to correct her. |
