I dunno, it doesn't necessarily read like the "mystery person" WAS judged by Steven...could be from any season. The only thing I thought might indicate it wasn't Adam was the "berating" business. Was Adam ever berated? Even when the judges (Simon) tried to give negative feedback - it was hardly "berating". Do you think it could be that goofy Chris whateverhislastname was? He seemed to love giving AI advice. LOL! mika.....lovely idea. Perhaps offering it as an incentive - ie: the next 10 (or whatever) donations will be entered into a draw for the magazine? I dunno. Totally agree, durberville... sounds like Chris Sligh plus Adam will never hide as Anonymous - not AFL's style  My first guess was Chris Sligh - sounds like him. But I can't see him as anonymous either. Big ego that guy. Oh and whoever said Michael Johns - good guess. I think it's someone who does not play an instrument & likes to move around the stage instead of just "standing there". Not Adam fer sure. |

I Just googled the London Sun and didn't find new article on Adam that Shosanna mentioned. What I did find.. Paraphrasing.. Lady Gaga rages over NME naming Born This Way the most pretentious album ever.

My first guess was Chris Sligh - sounds like him. But I can't see him as anonymous either. Big ego that guy. How about Bo Bice or Blake (?) - both runner ups :D I thought of Blake too. Or Constantine. But Bo "hid behind his instrument" so I don't think it's Bo. Could even be an outspoken female. |

Still catching up, sorry, just watched EQ interview, and I need CUCKOO in my life as soon as humanly possible (like I say to my husband, lol, when I'm trying to convince him to rub my back: noooo, you don't understand, it's, like, medically requiiiired *whine whine*). I wouldn't let the talk of Daft Punk and hair metal (diff from heavy metal, anyway) talk undermine your idea of it's radio-friendliness. The UK crowd certainly thought it was single-material, and Adam makes it very clear in this interview that it's those inspirations wrung through a POP machine--that this is a "vocal pop" song. I just think that those influences will make it a more interesting, stand out pop single. Hey, we're not actually matching one-to-one. We donate $100 every 20 donations of at least $5. I was up next, but we're still nine donations short of twenty. oMG ......just heard on star94.1 station that Adam will be here in Atlanta next week, march 8 with instructions on how to meet him in the studio. ATL folks, PM me on how we can win tickets. So excited!
