Has anyone seen audio downloads of other songs from Atlanta than Cuckoo? I am on a bad wireless connection at a hotel, and Youtube doesn't play properly. Mediafire download for Cuckoo worked great. I'm dying to hear these songs...

Yay, Chokehold is my new Sleepwalker. that emotional stir i need every now and then.
After watching Misha's video of Cuckoo, I like it more. I could hear more of Kevin's keys and a little less of drums, which was a good thing.

Oh god, I love cuckoo. its got some kinda of power rhythmn in it that goes straight to the body.
and chokehold sounded fantastic too, but i need to hear a clearer version. anyone got the words of chokehold?

I love him for this. I am...dysflicted (dysfunctionally conflicted). I am trying to decide if I'm disciplined enough not to listen before the actual songs come out because live =/ studio, as we all know. And like Frecklesexual, I'm more of a rock chick myself, so... However...Ahem. (Climbs on soapbox.) I do want to echo whoever so eloquently said, "FUCK THE BALLAD" in terms of the next single. I'd much rather have Trespassing and Adam telling people to kiss his ass than hear yet another single that's all warm and fuzzy and angsty, "please pay no attention to the gay behind the curtain" and "there, there America, don't be skeered." Nobody puts Adam in the corner. (climbs down off soapbox) |

Cuckoo is fucking amazing. It's Adam in song-form - funky and fierce and adorkable. I'll put money on them going with the Bruno Mars song next but this will be a hit whenever they get around to releasing it as a single - hoping it's sooner rather than later. Yeah - I wanna hear Adam singing NCOE before I decide which I like best or what I think will work best for the next single. It has to sound great for radio. If it's the Bruno song - I think that's great. Can't decide on a song just because he is sooooo hot singing it on stage. heh. They will choose the next one with the most chance for big success - Grammy? :D Maybe even a third - or fourth single! 8-) NCOE demo sounds to me indistinguishable from BTIKM. And BTIKM is indistinguishable from WWFM. All three in the same mold. It is time for Adam music. ALL HIS songs on FYE were superb, ALL had his own sound, both ballads and dance songs. I have no idea what radio would or would not play. They sure don't want to play BTIKM (and this is the only time I "understand" them). If Bruno's name will get a radio "hit" - I am all for it. But in my own little world - I want to have my younger family members and friends apply something rather than the word "boring" to Adam - this is how they see him BECAUSE of the radio. And it's not the matter of dancy or slow music. OOL is beautiful. Chokehold is beautiful. Voodoo is beautiful. Aftermath is beautiful. Broken Open is more than beautiful. BTIKM is not. NCOE demo is not. Cuckoo and Trespassing MUST become singles IMHO.  |
