Good night!! Just listened to Chokehold one last time, and I have to say: THIS. IS. ONE. VERY. SEXY. SONG. That is all. (the fact that Adam's face and neck are wet with sweat as he's singing it might be skewing my perception, but I don't care...)  hahahah  Hai everyone!! been a long time i haven't posted (but lurking almost everyday to read what's going on). Gotta agree with aprilmarie^^ luvvvv Chokehold, Cuckoo just awright maybe gotta listen more to it or better mix/studio version? Q3: you should take a poll of all Atoppers to which of the 3 songs they like best and betcha Chokehold comes out on top! Chokehold has a "choke-hold" on me!!! |

I want to preface this by saying I have no extreme fondness for either Kevin or Tommy except as adjuncts to Adam. That said, tommy is a better guitar player. On keys he would probably be sorta competent but that's not where he shines. Kevin is a brilliant keys guy. Understands music. But he is barely adequate as a guitar player. This is not personal, just coming from someone who has grown up surrounded by musicians. And yes, tommy has to learn to communicate more ith Adam during songs. He's still a rookie at true accompaniment, as opposed to playing in a band. without being an expert at all, just a person who loves music and being around musicians and studio sound people and musicians all my life, I agree with every word of your post. |
