I think "ass" might be okay but not "fuck." They'd probably just bleep it rather than having him change the word. Same with radio. I usually see them bleeping/blurring out the word when the song plays, rather than recording a "clean" version. Oh that's right, because shows like Ellen and Leno are pre-taped. (Although maybe there are others, which are live)? I just wondered what he might sing instead. I remember the kids in Majors & Minors sang "I didn't even care" instead of "I didn't give a damn". Even with live shows like Idol there's a tape delay so they can bleep if they need to. As for censored CDs, what I know is that usually on iTunes you can choose to get either the "clean" or "explicit" version of songs with potentially ~offensive lyrics. |

Did anyone else notice this from the guy tweeter?? He was very nice, they played most of his first album & the new singleSince merrycello says Adam played Trespassing and Cuckoo, do you think he said one of those was the new single?! I hope so! I so much want Single #2 to be an Adam Lambert co-write. I assumed that he meant BTIKM was the new single, though I'm not totally sure how that would play at a dance club? |

No one ever commentd about my questions yesterday about if we will have a regular CD and an Explicit CD? I think yes, which of course doubles the amount of CDs I will buy! :  I never heard of a censored CD (which doesn't mean they don't exist, of course). I thought consoring is exclusive TV/radio territory. If you could look at US i-Tunes (not sure if you can since you are in Israel) there are lots of songs with 2 versions. P!NK's Fuckin Perfect is a good example. There were 2 versions to download. |

Well, we don't have iTunes here, and in any case we never bleep words here. I still remember how surprised I was years ago, seeing the MV for Radiohead's Creep for the first time, that they sang "you're so very special". Took me a second to understand why they changed the words ;D I'd always heard the original version on the radio. |
