Thank you Gelly! googling adam pre-idol furry hood gangster just doesn't work for some reason. ;D That picture so reminded me of Pre-Idol Adam. Sort of fitting for NoAngel's great essay...Still the lovable goof but in more expensive jackets. Voted ame! Ha, great observation. And now Adam doesn't have to wear the ever-present python boots till the sole falls off again. |

I've been doing a bit of Adam performance surfing. Went to a live show last night and decided that Adam has ruined me, I fiound myself subconsciously comparing them to Adam ... Not fair on them. Am sure I'm not alone and so this evening was my palate cleanser. EMAs, some acoustic BTIKM and I feel much better. Also checked out some live performances of Nate Ruess from Fun (tonight we are young song). I think it as Rolling Stone that made some kind of comparison between him and Adam. I don't get it. He has a nice indie voice and the song is catchy but in the other live performances in listened to he doesn't have any where near the control or interpretation, but there is that unfair comparison thing kicking in again... Ok enough rambling. I was in the car ALL DAY and my CD player stopped working, with Acoustic EP in it so I had a heart attack, but got it out. Consequently, listened to the radio..... yuk! Finally gave up trying to hear Adam and listened to an awesome Classic R 'n R station which played tons of Queen, including with Under Pressure with Bowie, Motley Crue, Metallica, etc. But as I scanned stations, any music where someone actually sings, except I did hear a Josh Groban that was good, it sounded so lame compared to Adam. Even when Grenade came on, I wasn' that impressed. Should I have been? |

It really irks me. But that's exactly what Ryan said about Adam fans when he interviewed Adam for BTIKM launch. Ryan didn't even played the single, he's busy making fun of Adam and his fans. So I guess that tweet was just saying that Ryan's mom also excited to meet Adam ;D. IDK.. that's how I saw it :-/ |

The Fresh date has been around for a while -- is it a secret? No, but they have not publicly announced the time of the event. From what i can tell, Mix107.3 will be at lunch, Hot995 mid-afternoon, Fresh 94.7 happy hour, and I don't know about the other one. a long day for Adam. |
