Hi Boston fans, Do we know the times tomorrow for either the KISS108 or MIX104 events? ( I know there is a third event at a bowling alley in Milford MA at 6pm.)
I haven't been able to win tickets to any of these, so I am debating whether or not I should go to either location in hope of catching a glimpes... I feel kind of bashful doing so, but I image there will be other fans waiting for autographs too.Thanks! I am glad you are back, I thought I saw your post earlier, but disappeared. lol. Anyway, flowergirl posted this earlier, I hope it helps. The Mix104 Boston event tomorrow at noon will stream live on their website, apparently due to overwhelming demand for tickets.
also, the Kiss108 event at 3pm will be broadcast on air and on their website. THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I missed Flowergirl's post! The DJs on MIX 104 (the HAC station) keep commenting on the overwhelming response. I haven't been one of the lucky ones, but it's great the see there are so many fans here. Hopefully KISS will see that too. |

I was so looking forward to coming to atop today after a tough morning. What do I find? More of this weird Kev versus Tommy shit. 13 pages of it. Is this really going to happen every time poor Tommy plays with Adam? Have a great day, folks.  AMEN!!! Or when Kevin is playing with Adam. Tennis rally anyone?
Do appreciate comments such as Kanadie's though... re the feed and mixing. Bad me for mentioning diff in guitar sounds the other day....... I should have just been enjoying my opportunities to see Adam performing. Yah!!! |

Look away from Tommy or look away from Adam? I don't mind Tommy's playing I just think Kevin's is more subtle and lends itself more to these acoustic performances. eta: Tommy's disinterest in what is going on bugs me a little and it really bothered me that someone asked Tommy a question during Adam's promo. This isn't about anyone except Adam and asking Tommy questions is inappropriate IMO. Not to mention him messing up the beginning of songs is bothersome even if Adam laughs it off it's unprofessional of Tommy to do that IMO. I haven't focused on the guitar playing enough to have an opinion on who I like better and I'm not really interested in either guy other than that they perform with Adam. I just wanted to point out that if Tommy screwed up the beginning of a song, then Tommy made a mistake and mistakes happen. We all know that Adam forgets the lyrics, the bass player's strap came off on national TV, Kevin had trouble with his equipment recently, etc. I frequently remind my band, live isn't so that people can hear the album perfectly reproduced, LIVE is so that people can have an experience with the band. The band, in this case, also includes the musicians. For that fan, Tommy was the focus in that minute. I don't remember that happening in any other interview and it doesn't seem like Tommy "made a grab for the lime light" or anything inappropriate. He answered the question (I couldn't hear the question or the answer so I'm not 100% on how it went down). Sure, I want the band and Adam to be professional, but I don't want robots. The changes that Adam makes to the songs, the banter with the audience, seeing how they handle the unexpected, those things round out the whole berting experience for me.
