When Adam was singing mike-less in Chicago, it was the first time I noticed Adam didn't have impeccable posture.

Kris album is listed as May/June so I think it may be later than Adam's. ---- and there are signs this album is close to done or done ---- We know that Adam had final mixes in Boston -- so at least some tracks are done -- maybe the whole thing is done. dylansprague @dylansprague Reply Retweet Favorite • Open @adamlambert great to see u today... Speaking of Idol and things for which to blame Adam: I blame him for dragging me into Idol last year and then getting hooked on feisty little Hailey Reinhart. Now after a few listens I'm hooked on Hailey's new song - so glad they let her go a jazzy direction that suits her voice, style. I think she's on Idol next week. I would be nervous about trying to do this song live. Really hope she pulls it off in front of her former tormentors. Jerks. Okay on reading the info on the site more carefully : They say the US price is $24.00 - Don't know how you're being charged $12, Momtomany. ???

So convert that. I bought it, soothing myself with an Adam purchase since UK and Sonisphere are out of my price range FAULT is UK magazine DORIAN is Swedish publication I looked their site and have the impression that distribution is included in the price USD 24. I can see no reason why the magazine itself would cost more for foreigners. To make matter more simple I guess they have estimated the distribution cost according to from where the orders usually are placed but in a way that also shipping to Australia or Japan for example is covered. Note that the price is for "World" (=outside Europe). Also the postal payments are not the same in UK and in Sweden. Cannot say anything definitive though - just my take on things. |

However, he has always sung into a mic for the station recording. So, tho' you tell yourself it is Adam's voice pure and simple, something in your brain balks at believing that. Here is 100% proof of that awesome voice. NO MICROPHONE. Nada. Zippo. This is how Adam would sound on the couch in your living room, recorded on your cell phone. No question if he uses auto-tune or does multiple takes to get the right sound, or adds reverb or warmth thru the sound system. ADAM REALLY IS THAT FRICKIN' GOOD. Because if you pre-ordered, they are giving Adam fans a deal. The price kept dropping according to how many pre-orders they got. I thought the discount was for the FAULT MAGAZINE? I bought that one, too. :  Ooops, you're right! |

I know squat about singing or music, but even to me it seems like he has to hold back in these little bitty venues a bit so he won't literally blow the doors off the place. He has such power, if that's the right word. I have to disagree that there is no mike.. i think there's one above and in front of them. You can hear the blow out and electronic distortion when Adam increases his volume... Also, at one point near the beginning, tommy looks up.. that's where he'd be looking if there was a boom or hanging mike... I can't prove it but it appears that way to me. |
