:D Yes, I know the difference between the mike functions, but was confused that you said NO MIKE so emphatically.. after all, we have heard him without amplification before. Oh, that's the miscommunication. You are right that we have heard him without amplification on several recordings of this promo tour. And I just love them. But, I was commenting on the fact that there is no microphone in the picture. Maybe it is how my mind works --- or doesn't work--- but when I see Adam singing into a mic, tho I rationally know he is not using it for amplification, my mind still subconsciously thinks it is miked. When the picture matches the sound matches the knowledge that it is unamplified, it has a greater impact on me. Also, if I am showing it to others, I anticipate that they will say "That is not all Adam's voice. He is using a mic." So, this video was my "proof" that it is ALL ADAM. Maybe others of you do not need that visual confirmation. |

It's from the Coca-Cola performance earlier today. I don't know that the whole thing is on YT in one piece. ...... I did find just the sound check part on YT, tho the picture isn't quite as clear.I think it is so "cute" to see the antics and their sense of humour... Adam saying he is the ventriloquist when Tommy playfully pretends to sit on his leg. (And Tommy wants to sing) |
