The 30-year-old Lambert publicly acknowledged he is gay on the cover of Rolling Stone almost immediately after American Idol jump-started his career in 2009. A year later, Martin, 40, stopped denying evergreen rumors about his sexuality with a terse message on his official website: “I am proud to say that I am a fortunate homosexual man. I am very blessed to be who I am.” Lambert, whose second studio album, Trespassing, still doesn't have a release date, told gay blog Queerty that coming out gay for Martin wasn't an option if he wanted to keep working. “Listen, in the time he was really popular, it would've been really hard to be out. It probably would've shot his career in the foot,” Lambert said. “The music industry in general is a tough market for a gay man. It's really conservative. It's hard.” more

Um... heh, BTIKM is now the #4 top rated song in the Rate the Music HAC chart. Only Kelly and Adele are ahead of him. www.ratethemusic.com/index.cgi/rtm?email=&raterid=&chart=rtm_12I'm not quite sure whether to cheer or facepalm, lol ETA: Then again One Direction is #6 on the the Top 40 chart so it's not like our fanbase is unique in its enthusiasm ;D Question.... How often should I submit the HAC Rate the Music ? I signed up yesterday and rated the first time. I've never done this before, only for Adam. They only put up a new survey and let you rate once a week. I think it's Friday when the new survey begins. Just go to the home page and if you're logged in, it will tell you if there's a survey you haven't done yet. |

mindchnger @mindchnger awwww the pic of the 2 young fan girls who were crying upon finally meeting Adam :D they were so qt and presh when Adam finally came down mindchnger @mindchnger I'm talking about this pic twitpic.com/8xtv86 they were legit shaking & crying when they finally saw Adam. he gave them both huge hugs <3  mindchnger @mindchnger they kept missing him between radio stations. he told others to tell them to wait in the lobby and he'd be back for them, and he did <3Aww...he's so damn sweet and gorgeous. Now I'm crying too.  Me too. Can we love this man any more? |

Question.... How often should I submit the HAC Rate the Music ? I signed up yesterday and rated the first time. I've never done this before, only for Adam. They only put up a new survey and let you rate once a week. I think it's Friday when the new survey begins. Just go to the home page and if you're logged in, it will tell you if there's a survey you haven't done yet. I used to get an email (last era) telling me a new survey was ready. No email this era so far. So I just check once a week. |
