I am absolutely convinced that even if Adam has a song that hits #1 it will be declared "not a hit". I am personally looking forward to the no doubt convoluted explanation that will accompany that declaration. LOL

Actually the CHR chart is updated but only goes to #40. All/access may not update until tomorrow. Yes. That is what I am anxiously awaiting. They were real late last week :( |

It made the mile stone that I wanted! Now I don't really care which way it goes now, I just want a new single, lol. But it does seem like it might have a fighting chance for #15, but it might just have realistic peak at 17/18. |

I'm trying to get the hang of the mediabase add board dates. I am assuming each day is midnight to midnight and since the final chart is announced Sunday then the spins on the chart cut off at midnight Saturday, right? So when I look at the add board right now the mediabase date is 3/14/2012 so the add week starts Wed and final reporting for the week will be this Tues evening. So if I look at a list of stations for a song it gives spins last week what was the date range for the total showing there right now. Is it spins from 3/4-3/10 or 3/11-3/18?
Please only answer if you are sure. I don't want people to guess because that will just confuse me more. Thank you
ETA: Pretty sure I got it figured out by playing around with individual song on an individual station and cross checking with All Access. When I looked up the particular song on the add board it showed 1 spin on a particular station. Looked up that station on All Access and the song was listed and shows 1 spin last week and 3 spins this week. All Access shows the date ranges as 3/4-3/10 for last week and 3/11-3/17 for this week. So if auto add is determined from that spins LW column on Mediabase then for a station to auto add Mediabase week of 3/14 the spins would have taken place from 3/4-3/10. I think I have it down now.

OK. I am an ignorant newbie. What does it take for BTIKM to show on Billboard top 100? A lot more sales each week and/or a lot larger presence on radio (high audience impressions), and higher streaming numbers is my guess |
