I have listened over and over to all four and I am just trippin'. I like them all - I want them all. I think that cuckoo or trespassing should probably be the next out, but naked love is so nice and ncoe has gotten into my head. Aaggghhh - no fair!!!

I am going to remind myself out loud here what I've known all along: Adam is trying to make it big on the radio and to do so he has to make some consessions, like semi-over-produced almost auto-tuned quality songs that have a sound that fits in with other big (but more generic) stars. I was prepared to not love his new album because I didn't love FYE--until he went live! I am actually loving the new songs while still knowing in the back of my mind he could have been even better without all the directions he is pulled into try to please the radio. But with all that, Adam still shines in these songs! And picture him singing in concert people--that is when he will truly make these songs fit him!!! I disagree. He was not pulled into any directions. He chose it. . He said repeatedly he loves pop music. IMO no one forced him to make this kind of sound. It's the sound he loves. Whether any of you like this sound is another story.  Agree^^^^ |
