Well, that was one of the best experiences of my life. I am euphoric. Adam sang BTIKM, Wwfm, and an adorable cuckoo completely unmiked, no mikes anywhere at all. It was amazing. I was front row center. He was the most casual and relaxed I've ever seen him... He did a q& a like hoopla got...just took questions and chatted with us all for about 30 min! I felt like I was having a conversation with him. When my dd and I took pics with him he spread his arms out and said, "My girls." We are now out to dinner and a movie, the most fun mother daughter night. More later so I'm not ignoring her.  Aww! So happy you had such a great time seeing Adam and your DD!! |

I have many questions, a few of them intelligent ones, and most of them none of my business. But what I'd like to know at this moment is what skincare products he's using--and can I get a tub of it? Lately, he's just glowing! If it's the juice (or the sex), I'm screwed (and not in a good way). Well, that was one of the best experiences of my life. I am euphoric. Ice sculptures graced the tables as the VIP crowd enjoyed Little Black Dress Vodka signature drinks and an Ice Luge. In the ballroom, guests were treated to an incredible private performance from recording artist Adam Lambert and his band. Guests got the first glimpse of the transformed JEZEBEL magazine as it was unveiled by Editor-In-Chief Beth Weitzman. The event name says it all – Bigger. Better. JEZEBEL.  monalee62At the very end Adam says a few words and this was apparently filmed after the show because he says he had a blast performing for them. He sounded fine so I think we can put to rest any idea that he "blew out" his voice. I believe he just went silent as soon as he finished his obligations of the evening in order to preserve his voice. The man knows how to take care of himself. |

When I heard the snippets for the first time yesterday, I thought that they didn't measure up to the live performances that I have heard so far. Listening to them more, I still love Cuckoo and Trespassing, but I have to say that Naked Love is sticking in my mind the most right now.
I love the lyrics in Naked Love and I think it is a fun song. But my first choice for a single is still Cuckoo. I hope Naked Love can place well on a chart somewhere, if not the Top 40 chart.
