I just have this gut nauseous feeling, that RCA is fucking with Adam. Maybe it was only a 2 record deal. Doesn't Kris get 3. Maybe they doing everything to make sure this album fails, so they can release him from his contract. Holding up the album for the ratty BM song. Probably gonna be the 2nd single. Career over, no No.1's, release from contract. Talk me off the ledge folks, cause I'm in full panic mode here. NO NO NO NO NO STOP THIS RIGHT NOW SMOKEY!!!!! RCA has got wayyyyyy too much money invested in Adam to write him off like that. Look how much they're spending on all the radio promo. STOP PANICKING!!!!! At this point if that happened ,I think it might be a blessing. There is no way in hell that another record company wouldn't jump at signing Adam. I would hope for katy Perry's label. I am sick to the death of RCA. Adam has a great career a head of him ,he needs a label who lets him fly. I don't think RCA will let him go .. but they sure aren't the company for Adam. |

Whoa, way overboard!! You don't get the collaborators that RCA got for Adam, then delay the album to get it all right because you want to drop him. Step back form the ledge, smokeyvera! |

Their reputation is on the line if they mess up with someone of Adam's caliber. This is an artist that not only has put together an album of very strong material but can also boast a side job of front man for fucking Queen. Adam's talent IMO is well recognized by the industry. I imagine all the other major labels would kill to get their hands on him. If RCA fucks up ( which can happen), it won't be deliberately. What brought this on? Adam singing a beautiful acoustic NCOE? Hasn't he already done TP and Cuckoo acoustic? It's going to be OK, really, lol. |

And ADAM - IF YOU'RE LURKING ON HERE RIGHT NOW - PAY NO ATTENTION TO THAT WOMAN ON THE LEDGE. SHE'S JUST HAVING A PANIC MOMENT, PROBABLY CAUSED BY BEING TEASED WITH ALL YOUR NEW SONGS. Everything will be okay. Remain calm.

awwwwwwwwwwwwwwsmokey...don't leap yet, you must believe. I think he is testing us. He got our feeling on Cuckoo and Trespassing and he wants to know about NCOE. It was pretty and IMO pretty boring. He listens. I don't think RCA is trying to screw him to get out of a contract. I think his album is going to be fantastic. He's just feeling us out. (I like the sound of that hehehe)  It is sound like Adam way to testing us.He is smart cookie. |

What brought this on...
At the listening party we skyped with Angelina. Her thoughts: BTIKM - not a good first single. NOCE worse. Cuckoo and Tresspassing much better. She is in the music business and has lots of connections. She is a total fangirl, but also very realistic. She confirmed my thoughts, and it is sending me chills. Other statements also indicate, not successful promotion in UK either.
So doing the BM bland song tonite just triggered something, and sent me into panic mode.
