I've been listening to the four snippets all morning on repeat as I am preparing grades for my classes, and I have to say, I really am coming to love them ALL, and I can't wait for the album. I am glad they are out there, and I hope people are discovering these little gems for themselves.  I cant wait to hear the songs we haven't heard yet! When I hear that Adam recorded 40-50 songs, and we get to hear 15 of them on the deluxe album, I feel a bit of mourning for the other 30-40, lol. These songs are really good, and the album is going to be great! I am so excited to have it in my eager little hands. |

Thanks Q3 for the background on music business “innovations”. I still have a pocket transistor radio that I saved from my Dad – it works! Just stumbled across it as I was cleaning out a drawer the other day. I have a substantial vinyl record collection. Unfortunately, when I was relocated for a new job – my entire CD collection never made it to my new location. The mover feigns any knowledge of it and I was never able to get insurance to pay for it. Big part of history missing there. Have moved on to digital downloads and IPod – for some reason it is not the same as holding something tangible in your hands.
Anyway, transformations are underway in many aspects of the music/entertainment industry. Having true talent and the ability to transform and grow – which Adam has –will keep him current and build his success. I do hope his next single is more upbeat – which will draw in more fans. Also, based on a few recent comments from Adam, he may not be touring until end of summer or fall. I am sure he will be doing some festivals and large radio sponsored shows but most of the time those are central or east coast and resource limitations prevent traveling to see him. Looking forward to an estimated date when a tour may begin. Hope it is nothing like waiting for "Maypril". Aw, I see that I have started rambling. Best I get started on my work projects for the day.

I bet if i listened to Naked love enough i would love it. Its his voice and presence i think. And yes, i would love to get hold of the secret scrolls of the 30-40 that didnt make the book!!! |
