4EverAdam I hope RL treats you well. It's so good to see you .I try to spend more time here. I miss the fun and the conversations. gelly hugs! I miss you too BB. I'm sorry you won't get a chance to go to Sonisphere :(. But I'm sure there will be other chances to see Adam and Queen preform together. Hey, at least we have a release date for the album, right? please god don't let him change it again.

Happy Birthday Hoopla!! I haven't seen this posted here yet, sorry if it's been mentioned. Spike Edney posted this both on his Twitter and Facebook: "When one door closes another one opens…. Maybe something exciting will come out of this. Stay tuned…" For those who don't know Spike has been playing with Queen for decades now, usually on keyboards. I assume he would have been playing at Knebworth too. Really? I've always thought that Queen had 4 members, so Adam would sing only with Roger annd Brian, because John Deacon left the band after Freddie's death. Does anybody know why he didn't want to play with the band anymore? I've always been pretty curious about that. Thank you for the new info, fallenangel

I saw it on the Queen forum and thought I'd share. About Deacon I think he was just tired. He played with them a few more times after Freddie's death and then retired from music.

Here is Spike Edney's fb page www.facebook.com/SpikeEdneySASBandVery disappointed to hear about the cancellation of Sonisphere. We were all looking forward to it, but it's not all over yet. When one door closes another one opens…. Maybe something exciting will come out of this. Stay tuned….
