I took a comprehensive poll of the little old ladies in my mother's nursing home and the unanimous opinion was that "Greensleeves" should not be Adam's next single. They felt the track was so last century (like 1800s), had too many words, and that it was hard to move to in their wheelchairs. They wanted this track: They thought it was rockin' ...... chair! Especially this version, could Adam please cover that. www.youtube.com/watch?v=U7Ayk9G7-scThe three little old gentleman at the home voted for: We watched the video and had to call an ambulance for one of the old guys, so this track may be too much for radio if the audience uses their imagination. |

After surprising fans by announcing that his next single will be the traditional English folk song "Greensleeves," singer Adam Lambert has doubled down on the theme and vowed to start wearing only shirts that feature--what else? Green sleeves. "This isn't just a promotional opportunity," the silver-voiced performer explained. "It's cool, it's flashy, it's daring. I hope my fans will embrace this fashion trend and together we can bring 'Greensleeves' into the 21st century."  |

Oh so many having fun today!Are we still waiting for vids from the San Diego evening radio station gig when Dadbert attended?? Did I miss it? BUT...This is NO APRIL FOOL'S I posted this yesterday. Adam has been dropped from the video favorites MuchMusic. It is on the first page each day. I went to vote...and Canada seems to have forgotten Adam...he is no longer on any of the 5 pages of artists to choose from. Maybe with no air play ...No ADAM BTIKM. Should we just leave the contest there or remove??? Don't forget about Canada!!

I have gotten the real scoop on the "Greensleeves" rumor. Posted on page 1. Seriously thinking about banning NoAngel for spreading the spurious rumors. Should I? YES! Get rid of that woman - she is a troublemaking troll and a known NAL stan!!!  |

??? I really don't know where y'all are getting all this English Countryside info. I have it from a VERY good source that Adam has purchased a lovely goat ranch in Texas. He has ordered custom cowboy boots from Rick Owens and studded chaps and saddle from The Blonds.
Further, he has announced his new single is to be "Home on the Range".

Not an April Fool's joke. At the end of last night's thread, it was posted that David Cook will be on Idol May 10th. So I would say it is looking more and more like May 17th will indeed be Adam's date!  |
