Is Kelly on 4/26; Carrie on 5/3; and Adam 5/17 4/5 - Kellie 4/12 - James 4/19 - Kris 4/26 - ? 5/3 - ? 5/10 - Cook 5/17 - ? 5/23 - Finale Yup and 96.5 TIC was hinting about this on twitter earlier today. ...younger audience ain't happening if he keeps coming out with the WWFM-BTIKM-NCOE type singles... ...all I get from the kids "around" me (i.e my kids and their friends - all college crowd) is - "another boring song"... I am truly sick of that, I need TP on, so they can shut up with the "boring" stuff... ... it has to be electronic, crazy beat, can't-help-but-dance type song... and don't tell me about 135 rate on NCOE, cause it does not come across that way. ...sorry for beating this very, very dead horse... :-[ actually, even my mid-80s mom prefers TP to NCOE... go figure... Does Gotye 's song have an electronic, crazy beat, can't help but dance beat? No Does Fun. 's song have that? No. Does Adele's song have that crazy beat? No. Right now many of the hit songs are so different than the usual "hit " sound. IMO If it was that easy to find out which song would make a hit... If it was THAT easy. It's not. No one knows. And NCOE does have a crazy beat, the minute he starts singing "forget about the sunrise" the beats hit hard and builds and builds until it hits more hard. We heard so many acoustic versions of the song and probably this is the problem right now. Let's wait to see how it sounds tomorrow. Whether you like it or not, it's another story. For me its about hedging your bets... There is only one Adele and you don't hear anyone else like her on CHR, thankfully only one Goyte.. same with FUN (LOL). What there is a bunch of is dance type music. I'm ok with Adam blending into the music scene right now. |

It's a case by case thing but if we're talking about the clearchannel stations, right click copy image location , open another tab and place it, then delete everything after .jpg and also delete everything between the 2 "cc-common" , click enter and voila! You have the big picture.  thanks a lot darling!! Now i can save bigger pics of Adam hahaha....  |

I'll be sure to drop you a line. Gabby - thanks for posting that info. I haven't watched idol too much this year. Didn't know that Katy would be on. Yeah!!!! Too bad I missed The WAnted. I was curious if they could sing live. Also didnt realizE what little impact idol is having on sales. That's too bad for the guests and for idol. I wonder if the shark is circling? |
