Kelly Osbourne @misskellyo Reply Retweet Favorite · Open @adamlambert you looked so handsome today! We should have a celebratory dinner after the #NNNA I can't wait for tomorrow!!! I think we have to worry about her mom, Sharon, more than about Kelly. Sharon was definitely getting a little "touchy/feely" when Adam appeared on THE TALK. I really like both of them and love that they are Adam fans.

I. AM. OFFICIALLY. DYING. ahem. Welcome to Junie Moon's Wordsmith Shop. Word origins our specialty since 1988. Banshee. As someone noted earlier, a banshee is a female spirit in Gaelic folklore (Irish/Scottish) that would wail under a window sill of a house where someone was going to die. The phrase "screaming like a banshee" or just "like a banshee" means to scream, make a noise, display an excess of emotion. To go cuckoo!!! *** Someone please explain to me about the live stream. When/where is it? I wanna see. junie: I would say that your avi is definitely an example of Adam executing a banshee wail. I think Adam is using the term in the general meaning of wailing, screaming at the top of your lungs.

Re banshee: I have no idea. Is not a word used often. While it does mean ghost, I'm not thinking he is using that term literally. Could it be dancing girls and wailing boys? Idk Again I have no idea what pop that lock means, but.... It sounds nasty You mean your mom never told you and your girlfriends to "quit screaming like a bunch of banshees?" Hmmmm, maybe I was just a rowdy child. I always pictured a banshee as one of those ghosts who swoop around screeching, you know, like in CASPER. It's just one of those words that have always been there.

Dilerius @dilerius Close Adam Lambert in Swedish magazine Julia, 3 full pages + poster! twitpic.com/95uby5 (cont) It always makes me smile when they show those mini-retrospectives of Adam's looks over the last 2 years or so. We are such a lucky fandom, he always gives us something to either flail or bitch about with his varying looks. Whatta guy!
