I know that the Examiner is not a legitimate news source, but just something anyone can publish in. I routinely dismiss anything posted there. However, recently I have seen other sites quoting or referring to an Examiner article. I think when "legitimate" or at least semi-legitimate news writers google Adam, they DO sometimes read the Examiner to get leads. So, from now on, I am not gonna complain about the Examiner. It serves a purpose in getting news out about Adam. Already they have an article about twitter trending: Adam Lambert's Twitter influence soars with Aftermath and The Trevor Project Continue reading on Examiner.com: Adam Lambert's Twitter influence soars with Aftermath and The Trevor Project - West Palm Beach Television | Examiner.com www.examiner.com/television-in-west-palm-beach/adam-lambert-s-twitter-influence-soars-with-aftermath-and-the-trevor-project#ixzz1G9HhgBOtI was almost afraid to click on the link as I thought it might be that other one that writes for the Examiner. The one who talks out of both sides of her mouth. This is what she tweeted today: but what a lame "map" of the tour. Just canceled my order

So glad an audio equipment expert chimed in. I am out of my element there. But I thought that, if the equipment could change melody lines, notes, and length without changing the key at all, it would still sound a little distorted or electronically tampered with. The beginning phrase of the remix sounds so totally Adam's natural voice. thanks, gelly! Don't worry about the English! I am chiming here to agree.. there's too much melody line to actually change without some sort of electronic distortion. I am tending to go with the theory that this is one of the musical variations Adam cut for possible use on the recording. Adam tweeted earlier to credit Howard Benson on vocal production, so I think you are right that this was a different recording of the song. adamlambert Adam Lambert keep requesting #AftermathRemix! (props to Howard Benson for orig vocal production) 6 hours ago

Oh no, I've gotten into a debate with 2 of Adamtopia's finest posters on my first proper day here. :-[ Ok, my boyfriend and his decks doing it wasn't the best example because Billboard will be messing with it at the source. He'll have the DNA of Adam's original vocal in front of him and could do whatever he wants to melody, note, key, etc. with the standard of professional studios he'll have at his disposal. Art of Noise were doing the primitive version of it with a human sample through a keyboard in the 80s. ;D ;D ;D ;D Not debating you at all!!! I know nothing about today's sound equipment. If you say it is possible, I will believe you. Whatever was done with the vocals, Adam approves, I like the sound, so all is okay with me. It is very different from the usual tweaking of vocals because the singer CAN'T FRICKIN' SING! I was just curious how much credit for the changed melody to give to Adam and how much to give to Billboard. Whoever did it, it was genius for a dance/club track that kept the vocals in the forefront.
