After watching that show I was struck by how MASCULINE and STRONG Adam is in his glorious fierceness.... he made all the other performers-- male and female-- look cute and pleasant. And I'm not saying this as a slam to the feminine... not at all. But Adam reeks ALPHA. I love that he embodies every aspect of sexuality and gender. He is the perfect package. Ahhh...I've tried to say the same thing before but I get myself in trouble because I guess I word it wrong. But damn - he is hot as hell and soooooo big and hunky. He fills the stage with ALPHA MALE and I don't care if it isn't PC. It's the truth.  he is POWERFUL. |

Wow, that was fabulous! Such a great performance. Adam looked unbelievable. And the shots of him in the audience -- how the hell does he look more beautiful every time I see him?!
Loved the backup singers! The whole band was great, but Ashley was fantastic. Love her on bass -- both her playing and her style.
SOOO excited about the Queen performances! I was hoping for something to take the place of Knebworth, especially for those fans who had planned to go, but this is even better than I anticipated. Four performances! And one with Elton John!! There's really no way I can go, but the thought of the Queen + Adam + Elton John concert in Kiev is just about killing me!

Every time I watch this video I find myself screaming and clapping at the end watching Adam throw down the mic stand! I can't help myself!  I'm going to have to watch this video a (cough) few more times tonight! ;D |

I think from the male perspective a man has to be sure of himself not to feel threatened by Adam.
That's why so many guys (even gay ones) put him down.
Think about it. There aren't a lot of ALPHA MALE singers at the moment. Besides Adam...no one else comes to mind. Gavin DeGraw and Jason Mraz get a lot of radio play, but I find them schleppy and unappealing. However, I'm sure the fact that other men don't feel threatened by them helps them
sell their music on iTunes. Chris Brown gives off "danger rays", but that is thuggish, not ALPHA MALE.
Levine, the other Adam, just seems to be overcompensating for his shortcomings.

His songs make me cry, laugh, groove, dance, feel vulnerable or sexy or strong--Trespassing tonight just pumped me full of adrenaline! LOVED it! Have to listen to Chokehold to wind down now lol... Such a nice Monday it was!  |
