Adam was really cute, funny, witty, hilarious, and spontaneous at the Houston event I got to attend! I hope we will see more of that on the next tour and less "Would.you.like.to.meet.my rock.band? They're.sexy.aren't.they." Though I would miss being called "ladies and gentlemen" one minute and "motherfuckers" the next. ;D hehe....but I find the words "would you like to meet my rock band" embarassing in themselves. "band" would suffice Adam....if you've got to define them as "rock"...well...merp Okay....you guys are gonna take away my fan card soon. I'll stop.  |

So true! I told the story 2 years ago about how personal I thought PINK'S banter was to the LA audience when I saw her in 2009. Then I bought her DVD of the concerts filmed in Australia and damn if the banter wasn't exactly the same!LOL! I saw this artist in concert YEARS ago and he did this super cute thing where he took the cell phone of a fan in the front row and talked to the person on the other end of the line. It was adorable and I thought so spontaneous. It really endeared him to me but then as the tour went on and I kept watching more and more videos I realized it was a schtick. Same bit every single time, right down to the words he said on the phone. It turned me off totally. I can't stand canned/rehearsed bullshit masquerading as off the cuff banter. I'd rather Adam not do that honestly. Just sing and dance your ass off...that's what I'm paying for. |

That's like the bumper stickers we have here that say "Keep Austin Weird." (I understand they have spread to other cities as well.) Once it's a marketing slogan, then #realness has left the building. Maybe RCA knows that they have a few major market CHR stations lined up that will add right away (Z100, etc.), so they are taking their time. I probably shouldn't have said "hold-up" but, rather, slow. It is all a process, so I do hope we hear something this week. I can't help it. It is perplexing to me why we haven't had an announcement yet. Could there be a major in-house disagreement over what to release? A really quick post and then I have to vanish - an announcement about a single in terms of the UK timetable would be too early this week. Ideally for a UK album release date of 2 July and a single release date of, I presume, 25 June, we wouldn't hear for another fortnight, even 3 weeks. I guess maybe they'll balance the two and go for somewhere in between, so next week some time? |

OT Didn't watch the whole show but noticed this photo of Kelly and wonder if her wardrobe choice was in some way a 'tribute' to the Trespassing color scheme... booo....couldn't get the EOnline photo www.eonline.com/news/marc_malkin/its_official_hunger_games_josh/307041 to embed, but she was wearing a black dress with a long, yellow scarf and black/yellow shoes. |

 There should be an award category for best performance with a mick/mick stand. Adam would be the runaway favorite. The only problem would be narrowing down which one to nominate. Also, an award for best pants would go to the NNN/GNT pants hands down. Magical things happen when he wears those pants. Just look at Gelly's birthday gifs...  If you look at Ashley to the right in the gif it looks like she does a down/up movement when Adam does his with the mick stand! lol ok so it wasn't just me, lol |
