I don't know if this isn't the right place to discuss about this but I try: How many of you read regularly fan fiction stories, especially about A & S? "Dirty" ones? Everything is so new to me in the world of Adam, because I just found them few days ago!!!! And I like them... well, most of them :  AdamWorld is not new to me, but the fan fiction is. I never knew about it until Montreal when Adam was making jokes. But to bring you into the real world, reading the fan fic is like smoking and eating chocolate when you're not supposed to. For most it is a "closeted" activity, you know, like a 13 yr old keeping a PLAYBOY mag under his mattress and when he's caught swearing it isn't his.  Being the brave person I am and wanting to make you feel less alone in that shadowy world, I will step up and say that I do partake periodically. I'm actually more comfortable with the Adam/Tommy and Adam/Kris stuff because it feels less pervy and intrusive on Adam and Sauli's real life. Then it is truly FAN FICTION. So bottom line is I I enjoy it when hubby's out of town for a gig and then don't tell him why I'm so glad to see him when he comes home. : There's one thing I really don't understand. If it's all pure fantasy, so why do they call it Adam/Tommy or Adam/Kris stuff? Why can't it be Billy/George or Matt/Joe or something else ??? ??? |

I think we're straying pretty far off topic, guys. If people want to tweet or facebook a vote for that #bullymovie thing, have at it. If you want to talk about Kris, his video, his motivations, his career, his qualifications for sainthood, or whatever, I'm sure there are many lovely active Kris fansites available This ain't the place though. |

Because you're writing real person fiction about Adam & Tommy, not about Matt and Joe...? |

I don't really care about rpf but I've read a few... I like druncasses story 'First Tango In Paris' and then a other story called 'The Weddingdress' or something similar. ;D But usually I don't really want to read fanfiction... it feels too weird and disturbing. , be careful with the fanfiction, it's created a lot of disturbances in the fandom. In the plethora of illiterate rubbish, there are a few respectable authors, imo... Gelly, you're welcome Kinda like PLAYBOY is ore acceptable than HUSTLER. Just kidding' Any troubles these things have caused in the fandom, in my opinion, is from delusional fans who aren't able to distinguish fiction from reality. They are the same ones who are surprised that Leonard Nimoy doesn't have pointed ears a la Mr. Spock. I've read a few, laughed, smiled, shook my head in disbelief, and even enjoyed some. I'm with whoever said I don't read the Adam and Sauli ones because it seems creepy, but Adam and Tommy are hilarious and I have never (well, maybe for a week or two way, way back) thought they were a couple. It's entertainment, no different from TrueBlood or CSI. |

Much of it is badly written, grammar questionable, plot line close to non-existent, so if it's not Adam/Tommy or Adam/Kris, what's the point. It's no different than perving over the glambulge during GNT. It's about Adam, not the storyline, not the bulge, just that it's Adam. It's called suspending reality and being a little lascivious about someone you (we) obsess over one way or another anyway. Just as I would never read science fiction or horror stories, even if Adam was the main character, some people don't want sexy stories. Off topic comments deleted. ~NoAngel |

JanuarySnow I like your avi. I was at the promo in Massachusetts where Adam said we could all come to the next tour dressed as bees. It was so cute. A little girl asked him if he liked pens (writing pens). He paused not sure exactly what she was asking, but he said "yes". Then someone asked "What color" and of course, he answered "right now I like yellow", and said he was into black and yellow and went on to make the bee comment. We all laughed thinking of an audience full of silly bees. My latest avi is my own picture taken at the promo. Well, about waiting: we have waited before so I guess we can do it this time. I picked tomorrow, but I think that will be way off.
