Mys*&@^#r50, I know. Talk about Broken English  I believe that if he had been the one to choose the single, he would have done the same. Also, I think that although RCA chooses singles, he's at least consulted or asked for opinion. When I said he was behind this choice 100%, I did not mean as an executor, more like agreeing with it. Thinking the same thing.

The way Adam has describe the album would the music experts here consider it a "concept album?" This is just my opinion..... but I would say no. Though we have yet to hear it as a whole, I don't think it will be seen as a true concept album in the vein of Bowie's, Pink Floyd's or even Green Day's multiple concept works. That being said, I think it's obvious it is shaping up to be much more cohesive than FYE. |

YAY FOR NEVER CLOSE OUR EYES!!!i love the song!!! (I love all the songs, so I'd be happy with any of them) Yay!!! I like the way you think! I am going to enjoy hearing Adam on the radio and I will be happy with any of the song choices as long as they are played. |

Hmmm, this is May 18th. Maybe Adam is not doing Idol May 17th? :-/ ETA: OK, just checked Expedia. There are several 11 pm flights from LAX to Chicago. He could also tape it on Tuesday after the performance show. |

Ollie worked on NCOE after Bruno gave it to Adam, but before Dr Luke was added. Oh, if radio doesn't play the crap out of this song, Imma cut a bitch! Adam writes "most" of the songs on the album. He is proud of that fact and talks about it everywhere. So, there are 3-4 songs out of 16 that he did not write. TWO of those are his first singles. How do you think he feels about it? This is the case where I choose not to believe his enthusiasm. It does not compute on any level. not to me. makes me feel sad for him... and I can't help it... has nothing to do with my own perception of the songs... I sure hope the radio success will come this time and the next single will be one of the babies conceived by him. ... anyway... where do we vote and where do we request and where do we buy NCOE? I am ready to GO! I feel sad, but I doubt Adam feels sad ... just because that is not his personality. I believe his career dominates his entire life. He has said as much. Every waking hour is filled with thoughts about how to succeed. He has a fierce focus and a burning desire. I believe if he ever felt disappointed or disgusted about all this, he has shifted totally back to focus only on what he has to do to pull it off and meet this new challenge. For me this great quote from the playwright Tennessee Williams says a lot about people who succeed at this level: The sort of life which I had previous to this popular success was one that required endurance, a life of clawing and scratching along a sheer surface and holding on tight with raw fingers to every inch of rock higher than the one caught hold of before, but it was a good life because it was the sort of life for which the human organism is created. |

YAY!!! \0/!! Adam is doing all of these radio shows in big Top40 CHR markets! And since these radio stations will have to promo their artists music for the show, hopefully this means a lot of air play!! So excited!!!
