HAMMERSMITH APOLLO UPDATED THE INFO ABOUT THE CONCERTS

Just two weeks after the shock cancellation of Sonisphere 2012 where they were due to headline with singer Adam Lambert, rock band Queen has announced they are to go ahead with a UK concert appearance this summer after all. The band today announced that the highly anticipated pairing of Queen and Lambert will instead take place at London’s HMV Hammersmith Apollo over two nights, 11 and 12 July 2012. In the announcement the band also promised to endeavour to give priority booking to those who had held tickets for their Knebworth concert. Tickets will go on sale next week, first to Queen fans and Sonisphere ticket holders and then on general sale. "Somehow this feels right - The Odeon is a big part of our history, and its atmosphere is second to none. There's some saying about how sadnesses are divided and joys doubled by the people who love you. If this song hits like I think it's going to, I love thinking about all the happy Adam fans who will be celebrating with Adam: "Damn RIGHT - that's what we've been talking about!"

I also listen to CHR a lot as I carpool kids everywhere. This song sounds like a pop hit. This would completely fit in the top ten of what is playing on Chicago 103.5 right now. Seriously, this is the most optimistic I have ever been about Adam breaking-through on CHR radio.

NCOE sounds insanely good!! :D No, it was never my favorite but I do love it now. Shouldn't have judged the book by it's cover ~ I'm blaming those snippits for my earlier lack of enthusiasm. ;D This sounds nothing like BM - it's just Adam. All's good! 8)

I read somewhere - can't find it now - that the single DL is free when you preorder the deluxe album on iTunes. Does anyone know if the "free" single will count towards sales in that case? The free single download with the deluxe album preorder doesn't count towards sales so be sure to buy the single as well! Thanks! Just saw that info on twitter. |

My security software warns that this site might damage my computer. ??? ??? Hope someone will quickly load it on a safe site? Or do I not have to worry about this one?
